Ignore any negative reviews about this establishment - they are genuinely incredibly helpful, caring and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them - they really do care about people. The staff are always prepared to spend a few moments chatting to enquire about your wellbeing and have always gone the extra mile to ensure that everything is appropriate. Any items that are initially unavailable are sourced within hours to meet your requirements. They have a very efficient Influenza vaccination programme which is second to none. Finally, the staff are fantastic - even if you go in feeling under the weather, by the time you have collected your prescription and engaged in some conversation you leave feeling so much better. Well done all of you.

This is my local chemist and they have always been helpful and friendly. I went in Feb 2021 with an allergic reaction, my lips were swollen and eyes were blistered. Ravi Dattani who is the Pharmacist came out and saw me, he immediately was concerned and told me that a doctor needs to see me. He was on hold to the doctors at the time and asked me to wait so he could speak to them, they then told him that I would not be seen. He then would not give me any meds and told me to go straight to A&E. If he did not give me this advise and just gave me antihistamines then I would not be alive today. I had something called Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis and the antihistamines would have made it worse. I ended in intensive care for 7 weeks with 3 operations, came out of hospital after 2 months and in the road to recovery. I am so thankful to Ravi as I feel his advise saved my life.

I rang this pharmacy looking for some advice regarding some medication that had been prescribed for my mother. She had been experiencing a variety of horrible side effects and this was causing a great deal of concern. I had rang around some pharmacies and done some research myself but found the information very confusing. When I rang them, I was greeted in a friendly manner and explained the situation to the member of staff I spoke to, she told me she was unsure about the situation and would refer me to the pharmacist. The pharmacist then spoke to me and I explained the situation to him. I was spoken to in such a polite way and he really took his time helping me to understand what was going on, even reassuring me that the side effects were nothing to worry about and only temporary. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and it’s team to anyone. On behalf of myself and my mother, I would like to say thank you to all the team.

Fantastic service, friendly staff who go above and beyond what's needed. I was in the shop when Siddiqa khalifa (previous review) had entered the shop and asked for her medication to be returned and also wanted a refund. Sharon very rightly discussed this with her colleagues one I believe was a manager and the other is a pharmacist. Sharon clearly explained the policy on returning medication to the store once it had left the building. I work for the NHS and I'm aware of medication management and know items can not be returned due to possible contamination either intentionally or not. The medications could not go back into circulation/ be resold. Please also bare in mind we are facing a deadly pandemic and not knowing where the medication had been since leaving the shop. Sharon was polite through out and has been since I have known her to work there saying this the pharmacist is so friendly and approachable and the manager has always acknowledged customers when I have been there. I have also had contact via the phone and again received excellent customer service. The last review I would deem as unfair and unnecessary to save a few pounds. The medication could stay at home and not be ordered on the next prescription.

Absolute exceptional service ! After having regular medication for 12 years from a nearby chemist ,they refused to make dosset boxes due to the pandemic ..at Mr Pickford's it was no trouble at all ..Service was fantastic , and the pharmacist even asked after my husband's health and well being...Help.and advice was even offered after his death , Thank you to all at Mr Pickford's Norwich road

I must say that Mr Pickford's offers the very best pharmaceutical experience I've had. I was in there this morning to collect my prescription, the service is always second to none. In particular I would like to personally thank two individuals who work there who's exemplary demeanor and customer satisfaction is a welcome breath of fresh air, a lady on the front desk called Sharon with blonde hair was welcoming, efficient and exceptionality helpful, the other is s gentlemen called Rav who's out in the back was always available for advice and any concerns I had, regardless of how busy the shop was. These two individuals showed a fantastic and refreshing approach to customer service of the likes I've rarely seen at other Pharmacy's, so much so I had to mention them and make a review on here today. I would highly recommend Mr Pickford's for all of your health & well-being requirements and/concerns. One thoroughly satisfied customer, can't rate them high enough!

Haven't needed to use this pharmacy often but when I do staff are friendly and helpful. Had to access some children's seasonal medicine and opened the door the last minute, so thank you and keep understanding such situations please.

Brilliant service the only thing is the opening hours or more to the point the closing hours, why shut at a diffrent time on a Thursday night? all other days are untill 6:30 but for some craxy reason 5:30 on a Thursday. because of this i have now missed my medication. At least i will know next time
