Today a very important medication that I take was out of stock everywhere in the city. But Patel's Chemist went far above and beyond the call of duty in order to make sure that I got hold of some. Patel's Chemist literally saved a life today. From the lady I spoke to on the phone at 15:07, to the gentleman in store, I just cay thank you enough. I will be writing to NHS England about this pharmacy as they wholeheartedly deserve some praise

Had my booster at the Jalaram Centre today. From start to finish my experience was brilliant. Everyone, from the man who directed me to the room, to the lady who checked off my details to the man who answered my numerous questions, was polite, friendly and upbeat. Thank you for making my experience so great!!!

Had to ring PATELS CHEMIST regarding my mother's medication. ( it had been missed from delivery). I called them to explain the situation and where I expected to be told they would be on the next days delivery 🚚, I was pleasently surprised to hear that they would be with us that same day. No fuss, no bother, just good service

Received my booster vaccine here this morning. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. I managed to time it when there was no queue, but all very efficient even when there is a queue. Watch out for parking nearby, some residents only spaces, some paid. I found a free 1 hour space at the top of Westcotes Drive

As the vaccination progressing the organisation got so much better! 1st vaccine took 1hr of my time, mainly waiting not much information around. This time. 10 min, well organised, had friendly chat prior to booster whit person how generally cared about how I responded the the vaccines before. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Superb!

Went to the Jalaram centre to receive my covid booster from patels chemist, what a lovely service people all smiling and happy, talking throughout my appointment, John was lovely, polite and efficient I couldn't leave a suggestion for better service as I was very pleased. While I was waiting after having my jab a gentleman got very irate with the vaccination staff and again they are handling the situation very professionally! Well done on providing such a great service!!! Will be recommending to family and friends

Covid vaccine here, nice St John’s ambulance facilitation. They seem really organised although it wasn’t that busy and I didn’t really need to trek all the way back home for my ID, slightly annoying. My vaccinator was not well versed in the IT which meant a second entry of my info. Which makes me late for work. Sigh…And my vaccination was really quite sharp. I don’t really mind having vaccinations but this wasn’t the best. And please you really don’t need to police the waiting area. We are adults! Just some kindly reassurance and a drink would have been all that’s needed. But yes clean, well organised and lots of staff…

COVID Booster jab efficiently administered although the venue was crowded.

Friendly staff but the waiting times for prescriptions could be shorter. It doesn't take two members of staff to serve one customer. Staff can be seen standing around talking to each other when they could be serving customers or preparing prescriptions. Otherwise, its really clean, the prices are brilliant.
