R. T.I visited the chemist today and as I got out of my car I shut my thumb in thecar car door. I walked into the chemist and felt very faint. The ladies were fantastic. They sat me down and got me some water and just made sure I was OK.
Always excellent and friendly service here but today they went above and beyond.

It was great to be reminded of my flu jab last time I picked up my prescription. I was put on the waiting list for when more come in, left my number and text as promised. I had my jab on Friday afternoon, thank you Thorpe Astley Pharmacy, keep up the great work in the community!

A lot of chemists make you book an appointment but we were lucky, the lovely lady in the pharmacy fitted us in there and then.

S. G.Excellent service offered when I went to get a flu vaccination. Had struggled locally to find any pharmacy that had the vaccine or was willing to administer it, despite me being wiling to pay privately. My friend helpfully recommended the pharmacy to me.
I rang the day before I attended and was told they had the vaccine and it would be helpful if I was able to give them my NHS number, when I got there, although if I didn't know it, they could find it. There is no appointment system, you just attend.
Really helpful and friendly staff. The whole process took approximately 10 minutes.
Would highly recommend this pharmacy and will definitely go back next year to get my flu vaccination there.

l. b.I just do not know why that Motor Salvage review was so bad. I don't think they are talking about the same Pharmacy ! I have used the Thorpe Astley Pharmacy for the past 13 years and have never had a remotely bad experience. The staff are always polite and friendly and I can never imagine any of them using bad language. Keep up the good work Thorpe Astley Pharmacy !
