N. T.This is my local pharmacy and to be honest it's not that brilliant. The staff are helpful lovely and polite but getting a prescription done on time? No. I understand there are queues and there might be an extra workload, plus this time of year they will be extra busy. I do wonder if maybe the doctors surgery sends them later? Or maybe the Co op should give them a bigger building allowing more staff? The ladies out front do a great job and are super helpful though. If getting a prescription was a little faster I'd 5* I'm a Londoner so maybe it's a village way of life?
A. G.Generally most of the staff here are helpful, friendly and polite, however there is ONE person there that is always rude and thinks they are superior to everyone else. On three separate occasions I have been treated like a 5 year old with no knowledge. I am afraid I will not be going there again, I would rather travel a few miles out of my way to other Coop Pharmacies that I know treat people properly
