Ali and his team were able to order us in an urgent prescription, that was in short supply in London, for pick up the next day. The team were friendly, accommodating and made the whole process easy for us (which I cannot say about the large pharmacy chains..). Thanks again!

Ever so grateful to the team at Ali's pharmacy for their kind support today. I've been trying to get hold of lateral flow tests ahead of travelling, which turned out to be fairly difficult across Tower Hamlets. When I called Ali's and explained the situation, they reacted with huge empathy. They helped me secure a test kit whilst so many pharmacies in the borough are experiencing problems with the delivery right now, including Ali's pharmacy itself.
