R. R.Directions: When you exit the station, head towards the Emirates Air Line and then keep walking straight towards the Select and Save or the Greenwich marketing suite - you will see the pharmacy in the middle of a small courtyard located next to Select and Save supermarket.
Service: I’m very impressed by the service at this pharmacy. The doctor on site is Mayura and the pharmacist is Tanya - they both were excellent today (18 Dec 2021). I attended the pharmacy for my 3rd booster shot and as someone who is afraid of needles, they kept me calm and it was a painless experience.
F. R.Fantastic local pharmacy. We've been fortunate enough to have COVID vaccinations here, and we really must praise the team here. In particular, a huge thank you to Mayura who facilitated our booster before Christmas; he enabled us to be able to travel abroad for our wedding so we're forever grateful! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amal pharmacy!

D. N.I went to Amal Pharmacy today to get my COVID-19 booster jab. Amazing quick and efficient service. I was in the pharmacy for less than 1 minute. I was offered my choice of either Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. Excellent pharmacy.
v. c.Staff were friendly, helpful and professional despite the stress and pressure of rolling out thousands of booster vaccines at short notice. Retained good humour despite challenging times and also gave me some lateral tests quickly and efficiently.
I. M.Went for pre-booked covid booster- big queues but staff doing an amazing job to manage and let both appointments and walk-ins be seen. Bring a warm coat, your NHS number and a pen to speed things up- and be polite to the staff. If you are put out at not being given a bandage, it's because the vaccinator has another 400 people to do behind you- so just be nice and say thank you.
H. M.I have read a couple of other reviews about this pharmacy and see a mixed review and this seems to be my experience too. It's not surprising for the staff to assume I was going in for a vaccine as it seems like that's what everyone go to a pharmacy for these days. But in my case, I went there for prescriptions. The shop was dark and when I enter the store, there was only one staff on the shop space and he was cleaning the shelves with the mask on his chin. I still wasn't greeted for a couple of minutes. The service was slow and the staff was rude from a customer perspective. The reason I said 'from a customer perspective' is because the message he was trying to convey wasn't rude but the way he said it was. I think this is down to staff training/ quality. To be completely honest to whoever read this review and thinking of going there, I would avoid this place if I could.
H. L.These guys stayed open way past closing time to make sure every person in an enormous queue was vaccinated and they did so with a smile. Yes, queuing time was long but this is the case everywhere and they managed a challenging situation really well. Absolute heroes.

S. G.Had my vaccine today at this pharmacy. Good thing that I didn't had to wait for too long as they are efficient. Though it was rather bizarre way of keeping track of who is next. They are asking for everyone to move chairs without chairs being disinfected after every person (which is what other vaccination centers are doing). I guess that's the issue with understaffing. On top of that, after my jab I was left with bloody arm as they are not providing plasters or at least cleaning the jab area afterwards.

Me and my husband registered for Silverfield but by mistake went there and they accommodated us without any questions. Staff is very friendly and professional. Of kn95 f ace mask could be 25pounds, but other staffs would tell you 50pounds. They decide price by themselves.

L. C.A couple of weeks ago, our son got a big wood splinter in his finger whilst on the climbing frame at the nearby playground. Very helpful staff and the pharmacist was impressive in calming him down and getting the splinter out of his finger. They also insisted on providing us with extra antibacterial wet wipes and plasters, and refused to take any payment no matter how much we tried! Thank you very much, this was greatly appreciated!
