P. B.I've been a customer for a few years now and I've always found Benjamin's to be friendly, helpful and efficient. They send a text to my phone to let me know when my prescription is ready, which is great!
M. S.These guys are absolutely the best! I recently went on prescription medication and because it was the first time that I used them I didn’t know how the process worked and missed re-ordering them on some occasions.
The staff went out of their way to help me and make sure I had enough supply, call my GP, call me, arrange for everything - absolute angels!
L. G.This is my local pharmacy and I use it on regular basis. I like the fact that over time we built a friendly relationship with Benjamin's staff working there.
Like anywhere else, it takes a moment or two to prepare a pre-ordered prescription which I understand and appreciate. I do not mind being a little bit patient and wait for 10 minutes while it is being prepared. As the saying goes, patience is a virtue.

H. N.Friendly staff ,although sometimes you may have to wait longer. I suggest they get an additional pharmist to reduce the waiting speed.
m.If there were a chose to put 0 stars i would have put none. Extremely bad customer service; I waited 30 mins for a prescription and people who came way after me got served first, without any apology.
I'm now happy that my complaint was taken seriously and the situation has now been sorted out.
I. M.Needs more tills and an extra computer for staff. need to organise the checkout layout better as it's a small area where the till and prescription collection is and sometimes it's not pleasant standing next to a smelly individual. Staff are efficient and lovely.
M. O.Friendly and helpful staff! Pharmacists always available for consultations with little waiting times. Prescription renewal service is a bonus and very efficient!
