I never had an issue with Busby's and felt a positive review was in order for the outstanding customer service I received tonight. I should have been a bit more responsible with monitoring my medication but realised I completely ran out and the repeat prescription request would take a few days to process. I called in a panic and within minutes the pharmacist had an emergency supply ready for pickup. I am ever so grateful. Thank you Busby's staff for always being so helpful.

Busby's is famous locally for its great service to our community. The pharmacist is extremely helpful, friendly and knows many of us by name. She also shares a good relationship with the local surgeries too. Along with the other staff working there, they provide sound advice on all manner of issues. The shop also stocks a variety of items including cosmetics, baby products, glasses, walking sticks amongst others. The prices are slightly more than Boots for instance, but it's worth it to keep such a useful business going.

Everyone here is so helpful. There were some issues with my prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy and everyone pitched in to help me sort it out. Also- it's so rare to find a local pharmacy where they remember you and chat to you in London! They're always very friendly (and they stock some very nice shampoo and conditioner too)
