E. M.I call them the day before and kindly the guy told me to go to the pharmacy the next day to do the test. When I went there I didn't expect the small place I had find but was lovely with a warm welcome . The Staff is polite, nice and friendly. So my experience was amazing with them. quick and efficient service. I will go back for sure if I need anything.

I. W.Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.

Q. R.Literally couldn't ask for a friendlier or more efficient team at Caledonian Pharmacy! I've used this service for years and have never once received a late prescription. Neil and his team are excellent and extremely approachable (whether I have specific queries about my prescription or am just in need of a general chat). I honestly have no idea why you'd choose to go elsewhere, I certainly won't be. Fingers crossed they'll start offering a spray tanning service one of these days soon...

f. R.This pharmacy is brilliant and literally helped me get through the UK Boarders Security. I called them at 18:00hrs and they not only booked my two COVID tests (required by the Government) but they wrote me a confirmation email to show to the Officer, who otherwise was threatening to not let me through.
I traveled to The Dominican Republic so I’ve had a few COVID Tests and the Pharmacist at this Pharmacy was bar far the least painful. He is super informed and always offers a range of solutions for any problem that I’ve had.

These were e-mailed to me by the pharmacist as soon as they arrived from the labs even after the pharmacy's opening hours, demonstrating a terrific customer-focused ethos and desire to help, certainly saving my bacon in terms of our travel needs. Can't recommend them highly enough.

O.I needed an urgent Covid19 PCR test for travel purposes and this clinic was recommended on my neighborhood's page on the Next Door app. I had already had a very stressful time of lost test results leading to a missed flight so when I went to them I was quite distressed. They were so reassuring and and attentive and my test with them was quick and stress free. They also provide other travel essentials including all your vaccines so its a great one stop shop for your travel needs. I would definitely highly recommend them
S. E.Caledonian Pharmacy have served me wonderfully for 26 years, and despite HIV and cancer and other maladies, I am thriving. Under pharmacist Nick, and his predecesor Chandra, and with the support of Niah, they offer a complete service, including flu jabs, repeat prescriptions, stop smoking support, next-day orders for specialist medicines, and, where needs be, home delivery. They are very welcoming and friendly, helpful, non-judgemental and they really understand their patients. They have a particularly good relationship with my GP practice and together they meet my needs efficiently and with minimum fuss. I really appreciate their text message alerts when my prescriptions are ready. Thank you for all that you do, Nick and Niah. I am so happy that you are my community pharmacy! Highly recommended!

T. T.Always an excellent friendly service. Staff always treat you with politeness and efficiency. we, as a family, use their repeat prescription service. They offer a delivery service if collection is an issue. Flu jabs, cease smoking advice, always offered but you never feel hassled. A wide variety of products and check out their perfumes and after-shave, I found several at a much lower cost than larger stores. Support your local services before they disappear - I value this one.

g. s.My GP surgery sends electronic prescriptions to Caledonian pharmacy and they are very efficient. I lived in the area for many years and then moved out of the area. Both surgeries my old one at the time transferred my prescriptions electronically and now and my new surgery transfers it electronically too. Caledonian Pharmacy sends my medications in time. Either by home delivery or by post I have received my medications successfully and in good time.
They always ensure that medication has to be taken in time. This is the very reason I have stayed with Caledonian Pharmacy and like their services despite my move.

M. A.I've passed by Caledonian Pharmacy several times seeing their offering of PCR tests, so when I had to travel for work and needed a PCR test on short notice, I went there.
I was greeted in such a friendly, caring way, and having found PCR tests quite challenging to take previously, I was a bit nervous how it would go. Neil calmed me by saying it won't be a bad experience with him taking the test - and he was right! I barely felt the test being taken, he was so gentle on his hand and it was very quickly executed. I felt really reliefed and I will definitely go back there next time I need a PCR test.
On top, the price to receive the results the same day is very resonable! Thanks for the great service and care!
