F. F.Very helpful and friendly chemist. I have been going to this chemist since moving to Mill Hill 18 years ago, they have always been extremely professional and kind when asking for advice for myself and my family. Since the pandemic started I have been doing shopping for my elderly neighbours and the assistants in the chemist, who have known the ladies for sometime, always knows what they need, which is a huge relief for me so I don't buy the wrong thing!
I was please to see that they have put in place the obligatory face masks and perspex screens to keep us all safe at this time.
I really like that the staff are friendly and kind. Its nice to have this rapport in our community. Well done Care Chemist and Thank you.

I have been going to Care Chemist for many years and it truly is the best out there.
Not only do they have such a large variety of stock but its their fantastic staff which sets them apart.
They always go above and beyond to make sure you get the care that you need.

l. n.I have lived in mill hill for over 20 years and this has been my local chemist ever since then and the staff have become friends. The service here is exemplary, the staff are friendly and always go the xtra mile, including dropping in prescriptions whilst we were isolating and phoning to make sure we were ok. There is really nothing they would not do to ensure you are looked after and all your needs are met. Apart from essential medicine and goods they also stock excellent gifts and skincare products.
d. s.I came into the shop yesterday as I needed something for a funny tummy. I spoke to one of the assistants, who gave me good advice. Sorry I don't know her name, but she had long length dark hair. She certainly knew her stuff, and asked me about my current medication. Not all assistants do that! She was very friendly and smiled a lot. I was visiting a friend, so I'm not from London. I would certainly visit again if I need something while I'm with my friend. Well done. I'm now feeling a lot better. Thank you.
B. A.Care Chemist is by far the best chemist in Mill Hill. The staff always greet you with a smile and are extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to give you excellent advice and guidance. They provide a high level of professionalism and have a very caring attitude to all their customers.

I want to add to the review I wrote recently. As I said, the staff at Care have always been so helpful. At this time, it is my opinion that those working there now, are the best team that I have been a patient of, since 2006.
I am not going to single out team members who are all excellent, save for the pharmacist. Susie is the most knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, kind and supportive pharmacist I have ever met. She is a lovely person. She really 'looks after' me, and I imagine, other patients. I very often call her or pop in to ask her for her advice. Her advice is clear, decisive and in my personal experience 'right'. If she doesn't have an answer for a question, then she will say so and suggest a route forward. In light of the workload of GPs and their limited time available to speak, on many occasions, I find it more helpful to ask Susie a question and I receive a far more detailed answer. Recently, I asked her why she had not trained as a doctor. She said it was because of the hours. She is providing an incredible service to the community. Thank you so much to the whole team at Care.

I have been using Care, this wonderful, caring, well-informed and efficient chemist and pharmacy for the last 15 years, since February 2006. I find the staff exceptional!
I have had and still have a very serious, albeit, well managed health condition, since well before February 2006. I moved from another area in February 2006. The staff at Care have always and still do 'look after me' extremely well! They have always and still do ensure that I have all of my complex combination of medications at all times, even when there are hiccoughs with my GP surgery sending through prescriptions to them.
I am going to write a 2nd follow-up, more detailed positive review for Care later today, as I have to work at this moment in time. I feel compelled to write this short review NOW as I am incensed by the review written by Vinny below!
I am an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and discerning customer and well able to assess services provided to me in relation to healthcare, including chemists and pharmacies. I am a Mental Health Speaker; trained as a Psychotherapist; and I formerly worked as a Commercial Solicitor for 30 years until 2019.

K. W.After being unable to speak to my local chemist over the phone I found Care Chemist when I had searched online. I was suffering terribly with bad acid reflux and called up to get some advice. The lady I spoke to was so helpful her name is Tash she even stayed on the phone while I’d had another attack. She has given some great advice and was reassuring me I was ok as I was getting anxious. We even ended up talking about our cats. Whilst I’m not immediately local I don’t live far and wouldn’t hesitate coming to the chemist in person. Thank you
