L. S.Have had such a lovely experience with Chemcare Pharmacy. Yesterday I went to my GP and needed a prescription filled for my little one. Unfortunately, it was pouring with rain and an Uber was going to get me to the pharmacy after 6pm. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist took the details over the phone and stood outside in the pouring rain for 10 minutes to make sure my infant had her medication. I cannot stress enough how lucky I feel to have such an incredible business located in our community. They truly go above and beyond.
R. S.Thank you to the very kind front desk staff and the pharmacy staff for making me feel so welcome and so comfortable discussing my health related enquiries. They are extremely discreet and have a separate room where you can discuss your concerns in private with the very kind and caring pharmacist. I now also use this pharmacy to collect and drop off my DPD parcels. It's so convenient and even when the staff are busy helping other customers, they always acknowledge your presence. From what I see when I go there, they treat all their customers with kindness, courtesy and a smile. They also listen carefully. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In these fast moving, highly demanding, sometimes stressful and often impatient times that we now live in, visiting this pharmacy is very soothing. Thank you. I appreciate you.
