s.Firstly I like to think and commend the workers in this establishment. Because of the fast action great teamwork great communication today my mother is alive. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years and I’ve never been disappointed. But this visit was a special visit as my mother had suffered a stroke inside the pharmacy. They reacted quickly by calling 999, and calling me to notify me. On arrival my mother was on the floor and not in a good state however the team insured me that she will be okay as they have her in the recovery position and I’ve called 999. That day my mother was wearing a dress and to protect the dignity they covered her legs. He also administrated oxygen which was a very big help and one of the reasons why she’s able to have a full recovery from her stroke. At no point did they disappoint and not support me. They even got in contact with me after the event which I am grateful for. Thank you

Over the past few years both my wife and I have found the owner Geoff and his staff to be both very helpful and understanding in the way they deal with things. Over the past 18 months to 2 years they have put themselves forward and gone that extra mile to help not just us but others in what has been a very troublesome time. I know they have faced a lot of challenges particularly over the last couple of years but always go the extra mile to make sure us patients get taken care of. They’ve even delivered medications to locals during the lockdown (including myself when I was shielding)

The pharmacist is called out when I need to speak to him/her, and they've been extremely helpful by going above and beyond to provide me a highly satisfactory service. I have noticed the care they provide to other customers too - who seem extremely happy with the service. They have a great atmosphere in the pharmacy which is very welcoming. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
