E. B.I don’t visit this pharmacy often. My boyfriend lives close here. Never a great smile on the face anymore and always clueless. Don’t get the wrong idea; I have had excellent customer and nhs service from this pharmacy but lately it’s not the best! Few days ago I went in to ask about a cough medicine for him. The lady at the counter was clueless and didn’t know what to recommend. Would recommend visiting on weekends as staff know more about what they are doing and seem fully trained too. They don’t just stare at you eyes and expect you to pick it out for them! I have visited twice on a weekend and have had better service. Although I’m not a regular customer, I would definitely point out that weekdays aren’t it. Still giving a 4 star for the excellent service for some occasions.
h. j.I do not usually go out of my way to write reviews, but they deserved it here. The customer awareness is like no other. A brilliant company with amazing customer/patient care and outstanding communication. I would thoroughly recommend them for their professional and vigilant approach to person centred care. The pharmacist even rings you to discuss your medication requirements and go through things in depth. I feel so well looked after with the confidence that I'm being cared for by a team of true professionals.
K. A.Wonderful team that worked throughout the pandemic to look after us. Always polite and go above and beyond - Yesterday my prescription was short of tablets yet they ordered them straight away for delivery today, I thought super efficient and helpful. Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly.
N. B.The team at this pharmacy were helpful and kind, I didn't understand the instructions to my prescribed medication and the lady at the back guided me through to reassure I would take them correctly. She also advised me on a really good body cream to suit my skin!

B. H.I come here to get LFTs regularly as a volunteer in the vaccine rollout. The process is fast and efficient, the room is clean and I felt very safe. Young woman performing the test very polite.
