The staff is composed by 2 lovely ladies, professional and friendly.
They always gave me the best advices and quality time. They don’t rush you out and actually they seems to really care about your health.
I think this is really the best pharmacy that you can find in Willesden Green and I recommend everyone to go there as they will definitely able to help you with your query.
Extra point for the small blond lady with glasses (I forgot to ask her name) but she remember me even if it is not a “shop” that I visit every day!! 🤩 This is really what best costumer service means.

Nothing is too much trouble for these kind ladies who have been fully supportive, knowledgeable, efficient and above-and-beyond helpful. Every time. There have been countless days when I don't know what I'd have done without them. Even during the pandemic, they've always come through for me. They are the best in the business. E. P.Exceptional Service. I could not rate this Pharmacy highly enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. My first experience of this pharmacy was walking in with stomach ache, they were very sympathetic and kind and recommended the appropriate treatment. When my husbands regular medication was discontinued by the manufacturer they went above and beyond to recommend alternatives and gave advice on what to do next. They are knowledgeable, thorough, patient centred, thoughtful, kind and clear with in everything they do.

Whenever I go in, the pharmacist is always cheerful, friendly and patient ; even when it's really busy. She advises without pushing anything on you which is nice. I'll continue to use this pharmacy and I am very happy with it.
