B. T.I do not usually write reviews but over the last two years, I have used this pharmacy at least once or twice a month. The service is outstanding across the board. Staff working behind the tills took the time to help me out when I had trouble with the app to access lateral flow tests. Pharmacists extremely helpful and knowledgeable, telling me when I needed to access GP services. Even when busy, staff were kind, patient and took time with each person.

H.If you have exemptions for mask wearing/face coverings I wouldn't recommend going here as they will publicly question you - not on whether you have exemptions but as to whether you have a mask, and how you should be wearing one (again no regard of exemptions) I find the most hilarious part of this is that the Pharmacy is located next to a tube station whose tannoy often blares out "Please be kind as not all exemptions are visible" and as people who practise in the realm of medicine you would think they would also be aware of this point. I will point out that the shop assistant did offer to continue to help me after questioning me (as I'm pretty sure it would be illegal to deny someone of medical help due to a lack of face covering) but at that point I felt so anxious and embarrassed in front of other shoppers that I just wanted to leave and rather suffer the headache at home. I had been previously without a mask here and treated lovely by another member of staff but today has left a terrible taste in my mouth.
I. P.Decided to have the flu vaccination before the Christmas gatherings this year to be extra safe for all concerned. It was extremely easy to get an appointment. Very helpful and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. Fast, efficient, good value and a great find as was difficult to track down other chemists with stock of the flu jab. Definitely recommend them.
L. M.Highly recommend! Needed a PCR test for travel - was incredibly easy to book, reasonably priced (compared with other private tests) and results came quickly (under 48hrs). I was in and out in about 10 mins! As a bonus, the staff were really lovely too!
T. D.I went in for my COVID PCR test today - I am not the best patient at the best of times. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even better they created a trusted environment which I felt comfortable in. I could not recommend them more highly. I will definitely be using them as my first choice in future.

V. D.Yes believe the other reviews! An outstanding pharmacy with knowledgeable staff who actually care. Just had my flu jab yesterday and so did my father and partner. No fuss, no waiting and feel very positive moving forward. This pharmacy kept the local community going throughout lockdown and beyond, and when the local surgeries were closed or there were no appointments available, I knew that I could rely on Paresh, his son and other brilliant pharmacists for sound advice and first class care. Get your flu jab done as soon as you can as there may well be shortages this year.
C. _.EXCELLENT! Best rates for PCR 24 hour result (I got mine in 10hrs). Staff were delightful....Once I had to contact them out of hours, on a Sunday...and the were only to happy to accommodate me.
