J. F.I had a very positive experience with Day Lewis that I would like to share. I ordered some medication during the week and went back on a Saturday to collect it. The staff couldn't find it and I took the prescription to another pharmacist on the off chance that they might have it in stock. When that drew a blank I decided to take a bus to the nearest Boots. As I neared the bus stop I heard Kim, the assistant from Day Lewis, calling my name. They found my medication (it had been filed on the shelf under its brand name) and she had walked the length and breadth of the street trying to find me. I was really impressed with what she did and extremely grateful. She wasn't under any obligation to do that but she went above and beyond the call of duty because she cared. Kim, thank you so much for your help. I'll never forget your kindness.

M. D.Very conveniently located across from the local doctors' office. Well stocked. Friendly staff. My main complaint is that on several occasions they were shut when their open hours claimed they should be open. They seem to often open later than they should, and close mid-day for extended periods.
