D. U.Always a great experience, they always find a solution for you and are extremely helpful. I was a bit nervous to get my ears pierced recently for the first time, but everyone here was really nice and comforted me; they are very hygienic, it wasn’t painful at all, they gave me a lot of helpful aftercare information and did an amazing job. Thank you very much!! I highly recommend it to everyone, they offer a wide range of amazing services!!

H.I came here yesterday February 9th to collect medication from my doctors as I was away from home...my surgery were extremely slow at getting it sorted and if it wasn't for the lovely helpful staff here I wouldn't of received my urgent medication. They were so helpful and patients and went out of their way to help

I received results within minutes, both hard and digital copies. Also an amendment due to my error was resolved within minutes and I received n updated test.

Can I say this is the ONLY pharmacy I know maybe in London to stock Health Aid products that are impossible to source, otherwise you'll have to purchase them from the manufacturer.

They were amazing, we called ahead of time and they reassured us and were patient in explaining the process and what we'd need to get for flying. I found the pharmacist very personable and likeable. We submitted our details pre-visit via pharmadoctor which made the visit very efficient and swift. I could not reccomend getting your fit to travel covid tests here enough. Thank you.
N. D.I’m very pleased to have Egerton as my local pharmacy. They manage my monthly prescriptions efficiently and with care, sometimes going out of their way to liaise with my GP surgery. They’re also an ideal point for first questions I may have if certain things are concerning me and I’m not yet sure about getting in touch with a doctor. I find all the staff friendly and attentive and my visits are always a positive experience, even if I’m just collecting my prescriptions.

R. V.Excellent service at the pharmacy. Very friendly and caring staff. Really nice to know that they operate a successful vaccination centre. Had my first vaccination, and looking forward to receiving the second once they are at that stage in the vaccination program.
E. F.I was very happy with the services provided here. It was efficient and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I did a PCR test for flying and got my results in roughly 30 hours of doing the test with notifications along the way so I had oversight of the process.

I’d like to thanks the head Pharmacist Mr Chandaria who has been really helpful.
I also learned that the pharmacy has rolled out a vaccine centre which shows the active and emerging role they are playing in our local community. Looking forward to my parents getting the vaccine there soon.

k.Excellent travel clinic service. Needed several vaccines for both myself and my infant son ahead of a trip in late December. After getting absolutely nowhere with my local GP, I happened to try this pharmacy. Was able to book an appointment a couple of days later, all the vaccines I needed where in stock, and they were especially good with my small son. Would highly recommend.
D. S.Absolutely brilliant experience with this pharmacy. The staff were so helpful and friendly when I came to them for my travel vaccinations and the travel consultant helped me work out that I didn't need one of the injections as I'd previously had it so saved me some money.
Would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The main reason this place is getting 5 stars from me is one pharmacist in there who calls me by my name the second I walk through the door. He seems caring, is attentive and extremely patient with my doctor's surgery who tend to send prescriptions late or not at all. I'll be changing my doctor but never my pharmacy. Thanks for being great :-)
