C.What a lovely experience. Asked me sit for five mins so my blood pressure calmed then checked it three times just to be sure. Gent seemed as happy as I was that it was normal. As I sat there two other customers came in, they knew who they were and what they were there for; one was as amazed as I was. Could teach courses in customer service. Five happy stars!
