Very professional and welcoming team. Mahyar was a very approachable and friendly pharmacist willing to help and solve all my queries about my vaccinations. He gave me great advise about the vaccine schedule. The vaccination clinic and their blood testing service is well organized with a knowledgeable team. I appreciate that I was called before every vaccine to remind me of my appointment. Highly recommended pharmacy!

Excellent vaccination of my babies. Seen on time, good price, the pharmacist really knew about the vaccinations and was able to discuss the risks and benefits in detail with me. One baby didn’t even notice or cry at the injection! Would really recommend and will be back :)

I am very grateful for the kind and conscientious assistance Hampstead Heath Pharmacy gave me on a recent trip to London from the US. My previous experience with on-line testing centers had been mixed, and I was worried I would not be able to get the results I needed in the one-day window the new regulations require. The UK gov list of testing centers is confusing and overwhelming, and I was very glad I called Hampstead Heath Pharmacy, as they took the time to help me choose what tests I needed. The registration process was simple and straightforward. I was very impressed by the attentive service I received at the pharmacy and my results arrived in time for me to make my morning flight. Though the cost is a bit more than with a strictly on-line service, for me the courteous service, reliability and peace of mind more than compensate for the cost. I look forward to using Hampstead Heath Pharmacy for my future trips to London.

Great service. I called for appointment and the next day I had, the phlebotomist was so nice and professional. I had a very good package for full woman check up good price and fast results. I went second time even and again was offered next day appointment and had my results early early morning. This is a quick solution when we need to check our health and you don't wanna wait for GP appointment and beg them for attention and tests. If you can afford it I definitely recommend this innovative pharmacy and blood service. ♥️👍

Best service we have ever received from any pharmacy! Thanks to Hampstead Heath Pharmacy, my babies were able to get the BCG vaccinations in our home. The vaccinations were given very professionally, considerately and with zero pain, the babies did not even cry! My husband and I were amazed how well everything went. I contacted Mr Saremi and his team as I had been let down by the NHS. I explained all my concerns, and was then directed in which course of action to take. Good reliable service. I had two tests here: a test to release when I arrived in UK and a fit for travel PCR test when I needed to leave again (via a home visit conducted by pharmacist Mahyar, because had to be in the evening due to flight time 48 hours later). Got the results next day. Testing in UK is always expensive but prices are competitive. Definitely would recommend.

I recently traveled to London and used Hampstead Heath Pharmacy for my day 2 and day 8 PCR test. The pharmacy was very efficient and Karishma was wonderful at store. She performed my day 2 test and explained how to do my day 8 test at home then drop it off at the Dropbox outside the store. I received my results by email within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Hampstead Heath Pharmacy for all the services they provide. Very friendly, efficient pharmacy. Thanks for all you do.

They were very polite, and quick to respond to a call-out vaccination appointment request. They provided all the relevant qualifications and authorisations pre-arrival and on arrival. Service requested was a BCG jab, for an under 1 year old, at home. I would recommend them, and use them again also. Their prices are standard for London.

Had flu jabs for my sister, Dad and myself done as a home visit. Booking and payment via the pharmacy was quick and effortless. Mahyar came promptly and his bedside manner and technique were excellent. I am quite apprehensive about injections, having had some bad experiences. He was very reassuring and his technique was so good that I barely noticed the injection. The feedback from both my Dad and sister was that they were similarly impressed with his professionalism. I would personally have my future vaccinations done with Mahyar again and would definitely recommend this service to family and friends esp. if they they are slightly nervous of injections.

The best pre-travel Covid-19 test service, I had an excellent experience when taking my COVID-19 pre-travel test. Mahyar went the extra mile to make sure my next-day certificate is ready on Sunday for my early morning flight on Monday. Mahyar followed up on Sunday with the testing center to check when the results will be ready and was coming with a plan b in case the lab won't provide the certificate on Sunday. After an International travel you may be able to end self-isolation early through the ‘Test to ‘Release’ scheme if you pay for a private coronavirus (COVID-19) test. I chose the Hampstead Heath Pharmacy to provide me with the test kits and coordinate the procedure with my GP. I received the result by email on the same day. Hampstead Health Pharmacy was the only pharmacy in London that was able to supply a Shingrix vaccine for me. This was crucial as I was just recovering from a very severe case of shingles. They also offered to come to the house, which under my condition and in the midst of Covid, was a great relief to me. From start to finish, their service was very professional- they replied very quickly to my queries and supplied me with all the relevant information I needed regarding my condition and the Shingrix vaccine. Thank you to Mahyar who is a lovely kind professional and knowledgeable pharmacist. He explained everything very well about the vaccines and supported me a lot with everything and I felt very comfortable with him. He is very friendly. honest and respectful man and every time I came to the pharmacy always had a nice chat with him and always felt very good with him. The rest of the staff were also very kind and I felt like I know them for years, because they made funny jokes with me. I have been to London vaccination clinic were the nurse made a mistake (probably by purpose) by giving me the wrong vaccine and I still had to pay for it even though it was their fault. I really had bad experience with that particular nurse and she was rude and made feel very bad and I felt like she was after money and was making mistake by purpose. I don’t like dishonest people. So when I went to this pharmacy I was happy that kind people like Mahyar do exist in this world. Their service is the best and the prices are much better compared to other travel clinics.

What a fantastic local pharmacy! We really love the at-home vaccines, because we're in strict lockdown. The delightful and charming Mahyar came to our house in protective gear and gave us our flu shot this week, and soon we will get our Shingrix shots. Mahyar is so cheerful and polite and efficient. My friends love him too, and he gives them all their vaccines at home. We are very grateful for this service. This pharmacy is really great.

Recently attended this pharmacy to have the bcg jab done for my 6 month old baby. Was really nervous as he had previously cried hysterically at every GP vaccination however we didn't hear a single peep from him for his bcg. He went home without a clue in the world that something had happened like it was a fun day out. I had to give my eldest son his second HPV vaccine in a 1 to 2 months period after his 1st injection. Used superdrugs 1st time but this time booked 3 times with boots knowing the lockdown might happen. Boots let me down, even cancelling the 1st booking and confirming the 2nd appointment. Had to quickly find a life saver of a chemist and had his injection that afternoon. Friendly, helpful guys and quickly done. Pay display parking around and seemed to have a lot of parking but that could be the lockdown.

My partner was almost not going to go ahead with our child's vaccination due to the service she received over the phone. Our child had to be rushed to hospital with bronchiolitis and so our appointment for vaccination the next day had to be cancelled - the man (perhaps Mr Patel?) came across with zero compassion and actually sounded annoyed that we had to cancel! Then when we tried to re-book he had the audacity to say accusingly 'didn't you miss your last appointment??', and so we had to explain that no, we cancelled due to our daughter being very unwell. When we came in for the vaccinations, it was clear that for the two guys behind the counter and in pharmacy, friendly customer service is not their forte and they seem to just stare through you without much emotion (and when answering the phone you simply get a stern-sounding "Pharmacy"). The saving grace of this place, apart from the competitive prices, is the guy (sorry don't know his name - maybe it's Mayhar?) who gives the child vaccines - he's brilliant! Quite funny and comes across very caring and he takes the time to explains things and ensure the little one is ok. He's the only reason we will keep coming back.
