A. F.This is a brilliant little independent chemist. My surgery recommended it & after using them for a few months now it’s patently clear why. The pharmacist is exceptionally professional, friendly & efficient. They always seem to have everything, fill prescriptions that are sent immediately, then ring to let one know it’s ready. Upon arrival the pharmacist always recognises one’s name & is ringing up the items within seconds. This is all done swiftly & correctly every time. I’ve never experienced service consistently at this standard anywhere else, not at various Boots & not even at John Bell & Croydon. Add to this that though the shop is very small, it is wonderfully old-fashioned inside & stocked to the brim with both the customary healthcare items as well as traditional scents & grooming products. It’s a charming little gem.
H. M.Without a doubt, Holborn Pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy. I get such a nice feeling knowing that I need to go in for something. Misters Patel and Patel are so friendly and knowledgeable, always helpful, always kind. They know their regulars and they are ever so nice to everyone. The pharmacy is stocked with items ranging from everyday necessities to specialized skincare to prescription medications. They are quick to order whatever you might need that they don't currently have and have always had a supply of masks, gels and general anti-cold and flu medications, regardless of the coronavirus pandemic. They carry many products that Boots and Superdrug do not, so I was very happy I happened upon them. It is a great find and as long as I am in the neighborhood, I will be their customer.

Friendly, amazing service (e.g. calls back to check a small detail), really cares about the health outcome and also works closely with my neurologist to provide the best quality vitamins at the lowest prices. R. P.I have to give this pharmacy some praise. I went in with a problem a couple months ago and the pharmacist was so helpful and knowledgeable. He provided me with medicine he recommended, and took the time to explain everything to me. It worked very well and I recovered after a few days.
Ive been to the pharmacy a few times since, but I went today just to get some rescue remedy pastilles during this semi london lockdown, and I was so impressed with all the stock he had at a time of crisis like this. Only went for a couple things but I ended up getting hand sanitiser, a couple of face masks, paracetamol, and vitamin meds. The fact that the pharmacy was well prepared and stocked up was a blessing. Can’t find a lot of this stuff anywhere.
I would definitely recommend holborn pharmacy to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable pharmacist.
J. H.The most helpful pharmacy I have ever been to! I called ahead after two pharmacies told me what I'd been prescribed was not available in the UK and my the NHS centre ignored all my calls. The pharmacist here was knowledgeable, explained that he could fill out the other items on my prescription and recommend a very similar OTC product for that item instead. Wonderful!
