I have had a very positive experience with this chemist since I started getting my monthly medications and my insulin from here.The pharmacist is a very understanding and patient person. He always keeps calm in any situation that he has happening daily in his pharmacy. Believe me this is very often. He keeps calm and thinks logically,then he actually gets the issue resolved before anyone realises that something is amiss. I will always be using this pharmacy, I have encouraged other members of my family to do so as well.

My elderly mother has J Lord as her EPS Pharmacy and the service is fantastic. We are kept notified of deliveries of Meds and they are always delivered on time. Any issues are dealt with at speed and staff are very friendly. Very happy mum

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years the pharmacist makes sure that my dissertation boxes are always ready and he makes sure the font is large as I am visually impaired. He also writes down the colour shape of the different medications. My previous experience was a very negative one . Which I would not wish on anyone with needs or not. I ran out of an unusual type of insulin and they were the only pharmacy in the area that had it. NHS 111 sent my prescription over and they happily provided it. The staff was very friendly and nonjudgmental.

Absolutely first class service! I have used this chemist regularly over the years and the service is always great. The staff are really helpful and always greet you with a smile. This is the only chemist I use as I like the familiarity. Other chemists like Boots and Superdrug treat you as a number, whereas J. Lord treat you as a person, even remembering my name when I pop in for a prescription.

J Lord is the best chemist I have come across. In many years. I have had so many negative issues with other chemists for at least ten years , regarding my medication I.e not getting on time, having to chase the chemist as to where my medication is. J Lord really are going over and above to make sure my medications and issues . All of them., are sorted out very quickly. I am very impressed with the organisation , the deliveries always getting to me on time and me not having to pick the medications up as I live quite far away. The pharmacist is very gentle and kind. He has empathy and can relate to all the issues that people with complex medical issues have. Keep the good work up!!!

I have never experienced such care and excellant service from a pharmacy before. They are all so helpful and bounce of each other, they even go to the doctors next door whenever there is an issue and rectify the doctors errors and I always get my medication on time. They even deliver to me for free when I can't get to the pharmacy - its an all round superb pharmacy and highly recommend their service and dedication to their customers. What a brilliant chemist - thank you so much for your efforts with my medication and the ease I have when it comes to dealing with any issues. The staff here are so proficient that they contact the surgery for me and sometimes with an onsite INDEPENDENT PHARMACIST I have even had a private prescription issued to me.
