My wife was taking her booster jab as she had an appointment and we got lucky the person applying it was nice to offer if I wanted to get mine (although my appointment was for 7 days later). Staff are definitely doing their best considering quite a few people in the queue and they are accommodating the form pre-jab; the actual application and a waiting space for after the jab. Thanks so much for being nice and warm to people.

Staff members are charismatic and have great customer service. Elena and the pharmacist (sorry I forgot his name) were amazing. I had my second dose of Covid-19 vaccine there and they made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend them!

I had to leave Europe and return to UK for vaccines. I chose JP Pharmacy as a walk in patient. The service is outstanding - I was also accommodated - and advised how to get a slightly earlier second jab because I needed 14 days after second vaccine to be allowed back into Europe - my flight was 10 days after second vaccine... Long story LOL. And because you have to wait in line you get to see how the everyday customers are also treated. This is a five star outfit. If this was my local pharmacy I would be a very happy local!

I came in to get my COVID jab a while back. I hadn't been to the GP since I was a child and couldn't remember the name of the surgery for the form and my phone had died. I asked the lady behind the counter if I could use her phone to do a quick Google search and she said it was okay and I was able to get the details I needed. Thank you Ruth that was really kind of you and meant a lot, I saw how hard you worked to make sure everyone is taken care of while in the que. you're an absolute gem and their lucky to have you.

I received exceptional service from all the staff at this pharmacy from the pharmacist to the counter staff. They were all kind, helpful and efficient. I was using this pharmacy for COVID testing on the recommendation of my travel agent. I would not hesitate to recommend it for any and all pharmacy needs. DIana

If you book an appointment for a covid vaccine just be aware you still have to join the queue. I waited an hour. They take one walk in per two appointments

I came here for my second Covid-19 Jab. The receptionist, Elena, ensured my experience was quick and smooth and my pharmacist, Ehsan, talked me through all the details prior to administrating the jab. The staff was very lovely and well trained.

I went there for my covid jab. It was a great experience. Was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. The vaccine information was provided very professionally and all my questions answered. Happily the communication was swift and efficient along with the delivery and service but ultimately the product was 100% as described and legit plus the package even came with some free gifts!
