A. S.I always call before l collect my prescription, to see if its there... it helps them to get anything out of stock and saves me a wasted journey. Lovely pharmacist and very helpful.
D. M.Brilliant pharmacy! Beena, the pharmacist, knows all her clients by name and is always very welcoming. She also seems to be able to source medication that many of the chain pharmacies cannot. It's always a pleasure to go in there even if only for a chat.
D. M.Don't care at all about customers. I'm stood in the shop writing this review as the staff behind the counter just do their own personal thing behind the counter, not even said hello or please wait.
They know I'm here. There is also another customer stood here waiting who said hello to the staff. They ignored him.
It seems they would rather do ANYTHING else, rather than interact with a customer.
Still have time to write mote stuff. But you get the picture.
P.S. this happens the last time I came here too. Not an isolated case
UPDATE:
I visited the shop last night out of necessity in an emergency and the woman dealing with me was amazing. A complete difference to the men I dealt with previously.
She was very helpful in getting the right medication for my migraine and makes up for the previous bad service.
I hope they can use her as an example to train the other staff.
