K. S.The Pharmacy managed to deliver my medication after a less than desirable Pharmacy had failed to do so. They did this within a couple of days when I was isolating as I had Covid and was very unwell so I was very grateful for this - thank you very much.
I do however think they can improve on their communication as I spoke with the lady twice on the Friday and she promised my medication would be delivered at 4pm and then at 6:45pm so I did I not ask my neighbour to go and pick it up as she gave me her word.
Unfortunately it did not arrive until the following morning. I understand they are busy but it takes two 2mins to call a patient and just let them know that they are not able to deliver as as I mentioned above my neighbour could have collected this for me and I would have got my meditation sooner.
D. M.This is the only pharmacy in FG that didn’t send me away with a wrong prescription. Efficient service. Staff contacted my GP for me to quickly get the prescription changed. Thanks so much!
