Amazing staff! Francesco administered my covid booster vaccine today and he was really reassuring and friendly. I was nervous about taking the booster and he went the extra mile and double checked with the on site pharmacist my medical history would not cause any problems

I had vaccination today with Francesco and the experience was very positive. I have been fully informed about potential risks and asked if I have any health problems or allergies. I have been asked more questions today than during my previous vaccinations . Francesco was accommodating and everyone was kind. It’s my 3rd dose done here and I really recommend it.

I got jabbed Saturday 15 jan vaccine Station 7 by Francesco and he was amazing. I would be grateful if you could pass that on pls - tell Francesco that the slightly nutty lady in the bright jumper at 1040 really appreciated his reassurance and the way he listened to my concerns and addressed them in such a kind, non-judgemental manner. He will know what I mean. I promised him I would leave a review so here it is! Thank you Francesco for being so patient!!!! Pay rise to that man.

The pharmacy can get very busy at times and at these times the wait can be long, but Joanna tries to serve customers as quicky as possible. I have also seen her taking the time to chat to elderly customers who have stories to tell. Most time I go in, it tends to be in the quieter periods.

Firstly a massive Thank you to Mattock lane Pharmacy! During my visit here I was already under prior stress due to not being able to get the chickenpox vaccine at my local pharmacy, However at Mattock lane when speaking to the pharmacist ( Vish) She had very quickly reassured me and then informed me that My youngest son can get the vaccine done. I just thought as a first time experience it could not have been handled any better! Will be coming back in the future :) Take Care Team! Thanks again

Efficient and very friendly experience for my wife and I getting our booster Covid jabs at St John’s. Special thanks to our vaccinator, Francesco, who was professional, welcoming and efficient. I have been using Mattock Lane Pharmacy for years. Joanne (Joanna}? who we've known for years, is one of the best. She's helpful, understanding, gets things done and has a huge heart for her customers. Without her it wouldn't be the same. She solves problems and takes action. The Pharmacy has had many changes with the staff and the service has failed to many times, and that's such a shame. We are vulnerable and use the delivery service which is great as you get your tablets delivered to your home. I've given 4 stars as anything is better than the service from Lloyd's Pharmacy which would get zero stars. If the pharmacy improves the training with the staff to make sure they understand the system and it's processes for the customers and everyone works together it would make a huge difference for the customers and themselves with running a smoother service/s and would get 5 stars. Thanks Jo for everything 🙂

An extremely positive experience today attending for my Covid Booster Vaccine. Great to see so many volunteers from the St John's Ambulance Brigade as well as others. The event was extremely well organised and after a short queuing session I was shown to Francesco who was a volunteer from the St John's Ambulance. Great explanation prior to giving the vaccine as to why certain information was required, checked thoroughly for my details on the NHS site then asked if I was happy to go ahead and receive the vaccine. Brilliant technique with the syringe/ dose of the vaccine, all with a little humour added to the occasion. Thank you Francesco I had every confidence in you. Definitely 5*.

I had my first COVID vaccine today. The set up from start to finished was extremely efficient. After my jab I did have a bit of a black out and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. Someone chatted with me the entire time. I was then kept slightly longer to ensure it was safe for me to leave and was offered water, biscuits and a sweet to boost my sugar levels. Excellent, clean and friendly vaccination center. The medic who have me the vaccination was so amazing and patient with me. All staff are brilliant, I highly recommend choosing this vaccine centre of you can. I had my first vaccination elsewhere and the 2nd one today at mattock lane centre. I was stunned at how fantastic the whole operation is set up, super professional and my vaccinator "Nathan" he was so calm, understanding and made me forget all my worries! I arrived really nervous but left with huge smile on my face. A good mixture of helpful care and advice, professional staff and then a little comedy from my vaccinator. I really honestly didn't feel a thing! Thanks to all the people who work at mattock. I actually had a good day out! How crazy is that!?

I came here yesterday to get my second COVID vaccine which I had been delaying for a while due to a bad experience at another vaccination centre when I got my first dose. I can honestly say hands down this is the best vaccination centre. Sanjay and Rajan were amazing, both really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. As I am quite petite Sanjay gave me biscuits to help boost up my sugar levels prior to administering the vaccine and kept on checking up on me every 5 minutes. Both reassured me that everything will be fine and I didn’t even realise when Rajan administered the vaccine, completely painless! Both Sanjay and Rajan made sure I was feeling fine and kept me in conversation. Highly efficient from start to finish, would really recommend this vaccination centre to everyone, wish I came here for my first dose too.

Thank you to two members of Mattock Pharmacy (Ealing) for your help to immunise my children against chickenpox. My children were both under 5 years and after their injections both cried quite a bit all the staff were so kind, positive and informative about the entire process.
