T. N.I did 'Day 2 test Self Swab Unsupervised'.
Collected the test kit at the door and return it, then I received the result a day after. I was quite wondering if this door is the correct address but it is, and the test result is decent ...pdf with QR code, ID no and so on.
*When you book 2 tests for 2 flights, it will be tricky.
The online booking system has a flaw probably when the customer order 2 tests.
I ordered 2 tests for 2 flights but the given appointment date is only one.
Even I input the flight date as December, the appointment is automatically set November the same date as the previous booking.
(20£ is to change the date, it is funny pricing as booking a new test is cheaper than changing date)
Considering the price that's okay, kind of Ryanair.

L. F.(Translated) Day2 test ordered here for £ 1, has arrived at the appointed time, received the package, signed and returned home. Заказал здесь тест Day2 за 1 фунт, приехал в указанное время, получил пакет, расписался, вернулся домой. По возвращении из-за границы сделал все как в инструкции, отправил обратно по почте, активировав тест заранее на сайте. Результат пришёл через двое суток. В принципе нормальный сервис за 1 фунт.

K.Day 2 tests for 3 family members, picking up and dropping off by ourselves (returned postage - Royal Mail 24 - was paid for but we chose not to wait until mail opens after Christmas break): excellent! Well explained, easy to find location, no congestion charge. Dropped 25th night, results ready 26th(!) PM. Could not expect faster. Big thank you!

When i Saw all the Bad review i was a bit affraid, but I think people are juste à bit dumb.
If you follow correctly the instruction, you won't have any problem at all.
1£ day 2 test, good location, 10 am test, got the results by email at 12pm~.
It's so fast that i had doubt they went into laboratory for analyses lol.
