I love this pharmacy! I’ve lived in east london for over 8 years and this is my local pharmacy. I find the staff VERY helpful and they know me well. They always give me what I need and ask after my family and kids. Whenever I have a prescription due I call them in advance to check if it’s ready and by the time I arrive they remember I’ve called in advance and get it for me. It’s always clean in the pharmacy and never too busy which I like. I’m leaving East london to move to Surrey and I really hope my new pharmacy is as good as Nash. Thank you and I’ll miss you!

Fantastic community pharmacy serving Tower Hamlets, reliable service during tough times like this is amazing. I phoned yesterday on the 29th of July and spoke to a lad called Jamaal regarding my grandmothers medication as it needed to be delivered due to her not feeling too great so she is staying indoors and he told me it was ready and he could send it out for their second delivery of the day and I also asked if they was doing covid tests so she and my grandad could test themselves and he said he will give two packs of covid tests with the delivery too. The phone call was swift and the delivery also came too as I was told by my grandmother.

This is a really nice and amazing team, with extra special care and support. Only one issue... I did bring up the attention last week to cover the face to one lady who was at the shop floor but non of them covered the face correctly . Today I went in again, was really nice to see the helpful team again and then I seen the improvement for my feedback. All of them was wearing the mask! Only not included that lady who is I told to cover the face. She was showing me her card as a position would resolve the rolls for the Covid, or she has the Covid so she is safe but I believe in that the face cover not only for our self protection we still have to protect others.( I think it’s look unprofessional, as a NHS worker should take more responsibility, instead putting the ego first) . If everyone would carefully keeping rolls, our lockdown would be shorter. Thank you

Used this chemist a couple of times when and if i am in the area and so far i have always had a good experience. Counter staff are always friendly and helpful. It was a little busy few mornings but staff still managed to take time to explain products and pay attention to what i needed. I have heard good things about their prescription services and pharmacist from family who live locally but never used myself. Overall great service and would recommend.

Great staff, those complaining about misplaced prescriptions are surely waiting several days before going to pick up their prescriptions allowing time for it to be "lost", amongst other newer prescriptions.

Went in this evening and very disappointed to see none of the staff wearing a mask. Sad to see them putting customers at risk, especially those who are vulnerable. Hope they fix this quickly.
