I had work experience here for a week, and the experience was incredible. The workers are friendly and know how to manage their time effectively, multitasking to provide efficient service to patients/customers, as well as give me the experience that I need. The pharmacy is organised, co-ordinated and takes responsibility for their actions without hesitation. Although pharmacy work is tedious and repetitive, the atmosphere was comfortable and I didn't feel out of place. I would love to work here again in the future. I would especially like to thank Soon and Abid (apologies if spelt wrong) for guiding me and teaching me many things during my time at the pharmacy and allowing me to use this opportunity to the fullest.

I went to this pharmacy today and I have to say all the staff in there are of the upmost politeness and and helpfullness. The pharmacist Michal was on hand to answer all the query’s I had. I would definitely say this is a well run pharmacy with all the staff being very helpful.

We have been using this pharmacy for years. It is an excellent pharmacy with great customer service. My son is vulnerable so we have to go for lots of medicine, sometimes when there are issues because medicine is not available they always help as much as they can. The staff are very friendly knowledgeable and experienced.

Changed from my local chemist to nelson pharmacy as had lots of problems getting my medication. since being with nelson never had a problem, Staff are great and very helpful, my mum has been using them for years and Michelle, Zoe and the others go above and beyond to help with her medication. They are all very caring, very friendly and very helpful. So glad I made the move. I even take my daughters there with minor ailments and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can't believe I've just seen an awful review about Michelle. Id like to share my experience. Id like to say a massive heartfelt thank you to Michelle for her patience, professionalism, hard work, and commitment to providing me with excellent care For handling my severe mental health condition with a high level of professionalism. For going over and above her role as a chemist. Michelle always notices when I'm in a dark place taking the time to listen, nonjudgemental attitude. When Michelle serves me she has a whole person approach I walk out feeling uplifted as she always finds a way of making me laugh. When I was physically impaired and also with suspected COVID19 I couldn't pick my medication up Michelle came out of her way to deliver it to me which I shared with my GP and mental health team. When Michelle is not there its not the same as I (and others I've spoken with)are treated just like a customer which is not a nice experience. Michelle thank you for being so compassionate. Its nice to have a chemist that gets mental illness. Thank you for caring. You are an asset to the Nelson chemist.

I am really shocked to see the bad reviews regarding Michelle I find her to be a friendly and helpful member of staff. I have been here several times for blood tests and my anxiety Always flares up. However Michelle lets me sit in the pharmacy area and even comes over with me to the blood testing area to keep me calm during her own time on her lunch break. I think the pharmacy are lucky to have someone like Michelle who goes out of her way to help other people.

I have been getting medication from The Nelson Pharmacy every month for the last 2 years for my son. I cannot emphasise enough just how efficient, helpful and sympathetic the staff there are. Particularly Atanas, Zoey and Michelle. All of them, without fail, go the extra mile. I am extremely dismayed to read a couple of posts here which vilify Michelle. I feel that I have to add my experiences with her over the last 2 years. She has given me plenty of advice and personally saved me a fortune on medication. I have, on countless occasions, heard her speaking warmly to other customers by name, knowing their issues and assisting them promptly and politely. In my opinion, Michelle is an asset to The Nelson Pharmacy and, in absolutely no way, does she deserve these reviews. I give her and all the staff there, a rating of 10/10!

Went into the pharmacy with a rash on my leg, the cream the doctors prescribed me did not work. Lady behind the counter Michelle I think her name was, was very helpful and reassuring recommending a cream that’s completely cleared up my rash. Service was so good I hate to write a review.

Unbelievable! Through the grapevine I have heard that a negative review has been posted about a member of staff at the Nelson pharmacy (Michelle). Personally (as a customer) I have known Michelle for 10 years. She has always been polite, friendly, extremely professional & basically is my Mary Poppins when it comes to customer service. She strives to go above & beyond her call of duty to help anybody & everybody. The person who wrote such a poisonous review needs to get a life & remember that in times like this the NHS staff / frontline are putting their lives at risk to help us!!! Nelson Pharmacy. I have used the Nelson pharmacy since it opened in the medical center nothing is to much trouble for the staff always providing a professional service with a friendly smile. I am quite surprised to read some comments regarding Michelle as she uses to work at Mont Elgan chemist before they moved to the Nelson, I have known Michelle as a health care professional for 25 years and in all my time I have never known her to be rude or unprofessional at any time. I always believe you treat people the way you wish to be treated, I would think there are sides to every story and the keyboard warriors need to take some of the blame when naming and shaming others as your comments could have serious consequences for the person who is not necessarily at fault.

I have given The Nelson Pharmacy 5 stars as I find there service a cut above the rest. The staff are all so friendly and have time to talk to you. Your greeted by Michelle who makes you smile no matter how bad you feel she listens and has true empathy for you. Now the boss Raj is a lovely cheeky gentleman who always goes above and beyond to help assist you and makes you feel like a person he listens and understands and knows his stuff no job is to big or small for him. AT the another pharmacist is amazing he always greats you with a warm smile and has a little talk he always has my prescription ready along with my other half. The is times they have to order medication as they simply can't stock everything but they will try there hardest to get an order in and delivered as soon as possible. I highly recommend the Nelson Pharmacy.

Michelle has service me in the chemist for many years from Wimbledon Chase to the Nelson. She can be outspoken & direct, but always well meaning & with a laugh & a smile. She has a very pleasant & helpful manner, but never rude in all the years I have known her.

As a regular customer of this pharmacy (repeat medication), I am surprised by the 1 star reviews here. I've spent enough time on the premises to see the entire team in action with multiple customers and have never witnessed a single interaction that could be described even remotely as rude. On the contrary, the team seem to know many of their customers by name and take pride in their work and service to the community. Raj has a great personal touch and goes the extra mile for me, even showing my 3 year old son the robot dispenser (which then cleverly dispensed a lollipop). In my view this is a 5 star establishment and a great example of a community-focused hub. I'm very happy to be a customer there.
