K.The best phrmacy what I go in London I'm the customer in about year right now before I was not happy with the pharmacy (sonigram) on Well Street , (Boots) in Mare Street but always was some problems with my meds with the script as well any questions end up please can you call GP to ask for this information in Norington the staff always give you advice the now when you medication run out and order for you and the staff understand where the work and make the jobs like Professional people thanks
A. O.I have no issues with their customer service nor dispensation of my medications, as OAP. I opted to use them, despite the fact that i dont live in this area and my gp is in far away Holloway road, because of the time they allocate to see patients and professional advice too. I have used them for years and had one or two cases where they didnt have complete stcck, but was given a slip. My local boot chemist around me here, struggles at times, to get repeat prescriptions, supply for my wife, especially since the Britexit, as most chemists are now struggling to stock up.
a. d.I would avoid this particular branch as I was given wrong dosage of medication I take 10mg 3times daily I was given 25mg to be taken 3 times a day it resulted in me being very ill I live byyself the sticker was put on 25mg I took 3 tablets double dosage it resulted in me feeling very dizzy vomiting I fell down with blood pressure from steps how can anyone be so careless for god's sake I would have thought pharmacy would be a safe place obviously this one is not
I rang the lady said we all make mistakes I put the phone down
