Amazing place! The staff are SO kind and helpful - they went above and beyond in helping me out. I needed a covid test in accordance with government guidelines; they helped me figure out which test to get and were so sympathetic to the stressful situation I was in. I will absolutely be coming back to support this business and the kind people who run it.

Their knowledge, generosity and overall friendliness was so welcome when it looked like I might struggle to get home. This is an independent business that cares about its customers, and its place in the community. If you are in west London and need a pharmacy, this is a place where you'll be very well looked after.

The people who work at this pharmacy are really helpful. I had an infection on my leg. I didn’t think much of it and was going to ignore, but they took a look and sent me to the GP, which it turned out was really necessary. I didn’t even buy anything, but they still gave up their time to help!

I would really recommend this pharmacy. The staffs are very friendly, especially Paniz (i think she is a junior pharmacists). You will be treated like family members. They are open later than boots and they serve faster too. You won’t be disappointed. They may charge you little bit more than boots but at least you get a right medication/products. 5star.

Notting Hill Pharmacy is customer service at its best. They go out of their way to help customers. I recently had an issue getting a prescription refilled and the pharmacist stayed past closing to help me sort it out. Tremendous!!

This is the best pharmacy ever! The owner is so patient and properly counsels you on how to take your meds, and also suggests other measures you can take -- I never got this type of care at the big chain pharmacies! Keep it up!!

Visiting Notting Hill Pharmacy is a cross between visiting your cousins, and visiting your GP. Amazingly patient and informed group. If there was a sixth star, I would click on that!!!
