Always courteous and helpful. As well as everything you'd expect from a dispensing chemist, they have a photo printing machine. Update in August 2023: the current pharmacist seems to know all his customers personally, including their specific reasons for needing his services! Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and kind staff. However pharmacist is always on the phone for a while each time I visit and while I’m sure this is helpful to some, people actually present at the pharmacy have to wait since sometimes the staff need advice from the pharmacist, who is on the phone. Might be helpful to address..

Delivers my medication on time. I was with the pharmacy across the road but was not getting the service I wanted. Karisma always call before the delivery of my medication and have never had a late delivery or missing medication unlike my previous chemist. Thank you so much for you all do and keep doing during these times - appreciate all the support and also thank you for the COVID test and free flu vaccination.
