A. S.I've gotten to know the staff at Pavilion over the last 2 years and they are excellent. They give their optimum and always fulfil their word to deliver the best service to patients in the community. Having worked in pharmaceutical supply I'm aware of the great challenges at this time and the team are doing fantastically well to ride them to continue to deliver a 5* service.

M. A. A.Unfortunately, they told me a prescription would arrive the same day, but unfortunately it did not. They didn't take my number to call me to tell me when it would arrive, I had to keep calling and asking. The staff were somewhat apologetic, but to be honest, they should try and manage expectations better, especially when it comes to medication

A.I had a flu jab last year, Martin the pharmacist was very friendly, patiently explained what’s gonna happen and put me in ease as I’m usually nervous about having jabs.
Recently I’ve ordered two face shields online, they arrived the very next day. Great product, essential item to have right now. I’ve given the other one to my mother in law who also loves it.
Highly recommend!
P. K.I had a PCR Covid test few days earlier which was required for my Christmas flights back home. Martin was really helpful. He looked through all the fastest option for my test to arrive at the laboratory at the right time so that i have the results on time for my flight. Friendly and nice people.

K. R.Fantastic gem of a pharmacy tucked just off the high street next to the GP surgery - under new management fairly recently and wonderful advice and service. So much better than the nearby Boots. High recommend!!
