*BOOKED A VACCINATION? THIS IS FOR YOU* Despite this pharmacy being bookable on the NHS vaccination website, there is ONE single queue for BOTH bookings and walk ins. In other words, if you have made a booking it is irrelevant - join the queue. If you are pressed for time, this IS NOT a site you want to pick. Signage is not clear that this is the case, but I clarified that this is how the centre is operating with the staff. The vaccination room is upstairs and has two cubicles serving Moderna jabs at the time of writing. The queue started outside, weaving through the pharmacy and up the stairs. Approximately wait of 50 minutes from joining queue to getting jabbed. Three stars reflects and appreciates the hard work the teams are doing here to vaccinate us all, but highlights the need for more thought into establishing clear and concise signage which tells customers: - There is a single queue - bookings and walk ins are treated the same. - To have your NHS Number ready for when you get upstairs. This process could be made smoother with a little more thought.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at the vaccination centre. They are risking themselves daily to help protect us all and the deserve a so much praise. They are amazing human beings. What they don't deserve is rudeness and demanding patients. I witnessed two ladies speak to staff in such a way i was disgusted. These women should be ashamed of themselves.

This pharmacy at Pontoon Dock is really good but their another branch at Beckton is not that good. The way staff treat in two branches is just two different worlds I hope beckton branch can improve and learn from pontoon Dock branch

Popped in to check if they were doing NHS flu vaccinations and if I could book an appointment for next week. They said “yes, do you want it now?” I said, “Ohh, I haven’t psyched myself up for it yet!”, being a needle phobic! So I said “Yes”, nervously. Filled in the form, and I was in and out in 10 mins 🙂 didn’t feel a thing, great friendly service.

I received the Pfizer booster and the process was efficient and smooth. Max waited 30 mins! The staff working are great and hardworking. The queue usually is longer in the morning but is better in the afternoon. Thank you to the staff for their hard work, it’s much appreciated :)

Such a great pharmacy and the staff is excellent, really friendly and helpful. They're always happy to go the extra mile to help you if you have a query. Last time I visited they managed to get my prescription resent to this pharmacy as it was assigned to the wrong pharmacy by the GP. Took just a few minutes and no hassle. Recommended!

I Really want to thank all the staff in this pharmacy, they are professional and they are always respectful. Amazing pharmacy with lovely staff. My parents moved to London last year and after trying a few different pharmacies I gave this one a go, so glad I did. They have been so helpful with my parents medication and are always well stocked. During lockdown this has been such a great help because it saves my dad making several trips when collecting his and mums repeats, especially because I can call up the pharmacy and request them over the phone. Pharmacists also give great advice when needed and are very helpful. Thank you guys I really appreciate it, even more so during lockdown 10/10 service

Thank you all for all your support today. I went to get my second vaccin and I'm very scared of niddles but everyoane in the vaccination centre supported me and encourge me. They even aranged for me to lay down and check me all the time to make sure I'm fine. You can't even imagine the huge differece you made for me today. Had my covid vaccine here for first time. Very friendly staff and was not busy which I liked and they let you sit outside on a chair in a marquee once you had it which was nice as I have a needle phobia and they made me feel relaxed.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Been using this chemist for 6+ years. Always on hand to help, very friendly and service with a smile. Any issues with prescription caused by doctors surgery this chemist will do everything in their power to help. I really hope that they come over to Royal Wharf side as it would be even closer to me at Thames Barrier. I dont use any other chemist. X 10/9/21 Unfortunately im having to minus a star. Mina I dont know what it is but the staff you have employed have no meet or greet, no service with a smile. I rang yesterday and the male that picked up the phone sounded like he couldn't be bothered to be at work, funny that when I mentioned your name he quickly "perked" up and sounded more enthusiastic about my issue. *The atmosphere is completely different when you are not in. These employees represent you and the face of your pharmacy so I think you need to send your staff on a customer service course as not 1 of them are friendly* Hello's and Goodbye's cost nothing yet you are paying these guys to represent you. I dont want your business to be affected by others who simply look like they cant be bothered.... Any chance of getting the old man and the other guy back from the old site :-) I mean this with nothing but good intentions and would hate that other people are bringing your scores down. Jayme

This is the only pharmacy I will use. The staff, especially Mina, the owner are polite, so helpful and often go out of their way to help anyway they can. Well recommended. Personal note, if the pharmacy cant fill your prescription, please dont be rude to the staff, or scream and shout. Its not their fault. Its the Drs surgery.

Recently opened in Royal Wharf, I think at the start they were closing very early and they have now amended the hours to appeal to more people. Good move but would be good if it was opened till later as most people don’t get home till late. Not sure how many people use it during the day or in the morning given that it is a very residential area and the GP has not opened yet.

They proved it again today that they are true heros. Last time when I went because my GP was not able and didn’t do my prescription even after requesting it twice the lady there helped me get through and even did an emergency supply for the same.I would like to use this platform to thank them and ask to get this good work going.
