We traveled from USA to London and our trip required to do the 2 Day Covid test, which we chose to take at Shantys Pharmacy in White Chapel. Mr Patel helped us enormously by guiding us through the whole process, so we can have our results on time. There was excellent comunication and reliability. We were very happy with the service and recommend Shantys Pharmacy for this service.

This pharmacy is brilliant. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. I have received great advice and support by the pharmacist on various ailments and saved me a few trips to the GP. It also has a fantastic range of products and services. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Generally very good service, friendly, polite and helpful. Occasionally, my repeat prescription does get held up, but that's usually on account of the surgery down the road, but the pharmacist is always happy to go the extra mile and give me an "emergency" batch of meds to tide me over till confirmation arrives from the medical centre. I have had several personal consultations with the pharmacist, who is very knowledgeable and always very sympathetic.

In all honesty, i had an argument here with the main man about the teribble service. I have since visted about 10 or 11 times and im sure the giy has changed his ways as he seems to always be very polite n friendly. So a good chemist afterall.
