My partner and I came here for our booster and flu jabs. They're great! Best pharmacy and vacation experience. Very nice, organized and friendly staff! My Nan, Grandad and Mum have all been here for their jabs and they say the same.

Got my booster shot here today, and the team was incredibly efficient, professional and friendly. While they were running an hour late due to the overwhelming demand for boosters, they organised the backlog so well considering the circumstances. And even when an incredibly rude woman who didn't understand the system started verbally attacking the vaccine volunteers, they remained unflappable. They are all amazing.

Went in to get my booster jab. They had three very willing and pleasant volunteers who asked for information, provided me with a form, checked my information and then provided jab. All done in 5 minutes. Incredibly efficient

Spring Pharmacy is local pharmacy and where I normally pick up my prescriptions. I had my flu jab at Spring Pharmacy on the 4th of October. The service was good and speedy The front counter and vaccine staff were helpful. The shop was quite busy and staff members did their best to help everyone.

Received today my 2nd Covid vaccination which was Moderna, and I am very grateful to this Pharmacy. Many thanks to the Pharmacist Mr. Raj Radia and his team, especially also to the young volunteer (medical student) who vaccinated me. My sister and I went to get our travel vaccination for Thailand. It was quick and easy. We were given great extra advice that we didn't think of and we are both very nervous of needles, which was treated with sympathy and understanding. They are great at customer service. I highly recommend!

I urgently needed some medication and had to run to this pharmacy as it stocked what I required. It was my first time visiting. I arrived a couple of minutes after closing time but they opened up for me and the pharmacist Raj spent a good 30 minutes out of hours helping me. I was given what I needed, and for free (not provided elsewhere for free but offered free on NHS in Hoxton) as well as some fantastic advice, not only on the main issue I came to address, but also on how to best use my inhaler, and treatment for a small infection that my toddler was suffering from. He also provided additional information (verbal and written) on health services in the area. Raj was very welcoming, patient, a good listener, and despite the hour did not rush me once. I was even offered healthy eating advice though this was less essential for me. He was kind and considerate and helped with my daughter even though she ran a little wild in the pharmacy. I can't recommend Spring Pharmacy highly enough. You will be in safe, considerate and knowledgeable hands. Thanks again to Raj for going beyond the call of duty to help me today.

Spoke to the chemist here a few weeks ago regarding flu jab. Price for jab was £12.00. Booked appointment yesterday & was told" i was not in the right catagory to recieve flu jab "even though a staff member the day before had said it was ok" guess what ! I paid £20.00 & suddenly i could recieve my flu jab... Always used this chemist as a local resident, now i am a bit dissapointed with them. In the current crisis i paid up, as a 61yr old man i wanted to protect myself in any way possible & want to stay as healthy as possible.

Provided vital support to allow me to keep my Mum in her own home until she passed away aged 90yrs. Raj and his lovely team delivered my Mum's descriptions before prescription delivery was even heard of. They did it of their own back, I didn't even have to ask, they offered. Anna, what about politely asking them what is going on with your prescription? As you might know, not all the staff can deal with prescriptions. This pharmacy is really pleasure to go to.
