Wonderful service - My wife was travelling to India for a family emergency and they accommodated us despite being fully booked up which was very kind. The treatment room for the blood draw was exactly as you would find in a proper clinic. The service was welcoming, kind, caring. Booked my COVID day-2 and day-8 here. Granted the Gov website wasn't the easiest to navigate but glad I found the Wellness Pharmacy. Not the closest to me but it is a pleasant walk at least! Incredible place. A big THANK YOU to Kamal, the pharmacist, who went out of his way to look after us for our son's Covid test. I have many many good things to say about this pharmacy, however one that i must highlight it that earlier this week i had ran out of vital medicine that i take daily and was awaiting a prescription which was due to arrive a few days later. Highly recommend!!! Excellent customer service and very kind and knowledgeable pharmacists on staff. I am a Canadian traveling in London and unfortunately came down with an infection. Unsure of what to do or how to get antibiotics without health insurance I went into this pharmacy and they helped me through every step. The pharmacists on staff were so nice and informative, they provided me with several different options and helped me to decide what would be the best and most cost efficient course of action for my situation. Due to several antibiotic allergies they directed me to use their online program to speak to a doctor to get the best prescription for me. The online appointment was amazingly quick and I was very impressed with the quality and effieceny of service. It was much more cost and time efficient to use than spending a whole day in emergency or paying tons more for a walk in appointment at a clinic. They were unbelievably helpful and took care of me! They have an "on the spot" online doctor that I saw. It was very easy. The doctor then sent my prescription directly over. Great pharmacy and great service provided by the owner Mr Nathwani who conducted an inBody scan for me and was able to give me a thorough analysis of my results. Was really impressed with Mr Nathwani's knowledge and passion for health. Needless to say I will be returning to track my progress. I use Babylon Health so often unable to see someone face to face at speed and so went in to meet Kamal who was very understanding and supporting of my illness as a Pharmacist. I had two blood tests and a CRP test (CRP was for free) + Kamal monitored me over the course of a week regularly checking my body temp and throat for further infection (at no additional charge), always guiding me on probiotics and immune boosters to take in order to aid a full recover. (all of which were fully stocked at the pharmacy). It's the worst illness I've had since I was a child having taken off two weeks from work but thankfully Kamal and the team supported me throughout and the advice was invaluable for my recovery. thank you.

We received excellent care for our college age son from this pharamcy. Our son was in London on a trip from the US and he became very Ill in his trip with a very high fever and other symptoms. He would have to navigate finding medicine alone in a foreign country. Kamal and his staff took extraordinary care of him and reassured us as parents that he would be cared for. Kamal gave us all a phone number and checked on our son daily who was sick for one week. It gave us, as parents, confidence our son would be safe as we phoned daily to hear updates on his health. Kamal even helped us find an excellent nearby hotel instead of the hostel nearby. Our son could rest, receive medication and bloodwork. We were assured he was in good hands.
