Got my first dose here today, I was very anxious - the professionalism and kindness of the staff really helped ease my nerves. A quick and painless experience, will definitely visit this same pharmacy for my second dose. The pharmacy was very clean, there were tissues, plasters, sanitiser etc readily available. One concern is, the person administering the vaccine didn’t wear gloves. I assume they would have sanitised before I entered the room, but they did use the computer keyboard (which are known to be a little dusty) before administering. I’m not too bothered, as I had a great experience. But for those who look out for such things like me, I’m sure you can ask them to pop some gloves on and they would as they were so nice. :)

I have been a customer of UNP Pharmacy for many years.The staff,Arif,Leena, and Dinita, are absolutely wonderful. They are very attractive and informative. They offer a wide range of products and are very reassuring at times when needed. They are very professional and always explain in full,when myself or my family may need information about a prescription or a new item bought in store. I can not recommend UNP Pharmacy enough, and if I had to give them a rating of one out of ten,then it would simply be nine,only because there is always a little room for improvement.
