J. W.A bit slow, but the two head pharmacists treat me very well and couldn’t be anymore polite.
Gets very stuffy and airless in the summer and could go with a couple of clean chairs,but a very well stocked shop. Gets a bit frustrating when they can’t complete my prescription but this being said I will still rate them a 4 star.
L. 6.They are very helpful. No more than 2 people allowed in at a time. Mask required unless exempt. Staff friendly and professional. Recommended!
c. O.The staff are lovely - extremely helpful. After ringing 8 places I could not find a pharmacy that had my contraception in stock and needed it that day as going away the next morning. I called at 1pm and they said they would see if they could do something to help. They did. Five minutes later I called back and they said they would have it by 5pm the same day. I will be using Vale Pharmacy from now on. Thank you!
P. T.I have to visit this chemist regularly to collect prescriptions for my elderly mother. The pharmacist could not be more helpful, always willing to go to any lengths to help and advise.
