I cannot rate this pharmacy highly enough, and the service provided by both the male and female pharmacist to us, was truly outstanding!! I work for the NHS, and my mother had put in a repeat prescription in the last couple of weeks, for some MOI tablets. Between Wrythe Green Surgery and Kamsons pharmacy in Carshalton, my mother was suddenly informed that they were discontinuing her meds, without prior written warning. Therefore, due to my mother having bad side effects at age 82, as she did not have enough tablets, and I had to take time out of a hospital where I worked, to care for her. It was then, out of desperation, that I called around 60 chemists, and happened to call Wimbledon Pharmacy, who immediately understood what MOI drugs were, without a detailed explanation, and immediately knew first hand, of the seriousness of this whole situation. The male pharmacist let me have 10 tablets, as that's all he had in stock. However, the next day, when I called again and spoke to a female pharmacist, she too had been made aware of my mother's situation by her colleague. She had also been calling round various pharmacies and suppliers, trying to accommodate us in the background, unbeknown to me, which is amazing service and admirable, due to the fact that I was very stressed and worried at this point, as we were clearly fast running out of my mother's medication. She promised to call me straight back, once she had some news. Yesterday, she called me and told me she had managed to get a stock of 100 tablets to cover my mother. I was relieved to the point of tears, as we were currently having no choice but to titrate my mother down very quickly from 2 to 1 tablets, due to lack of stock anywhere else. I was very relieved to be able to collect the tablets yesterday and quickly bring my mother's medication back upto 2 tablets per day. I have informed a governing body also, who are writing to our gp and Wrythe Green chemist, to ascertain why we were not notified that there tablets were supposedly being discontinued, putting my mother in danger. However, the main point of this review is to clarify that without the continued perseverance and assistance of Wimbledon Pharmacy in the Village to assist us, the situation could have become very grave indeed. I wish to thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for your amazing knowledge and total understanding!!! I am now going to change our pharmacy over to Wimbledon Pharmacy to put my mind completely at rest, as her current pharmacy simply cannot be trusted.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely modern space which is well stocked with a wider range of products. In particularly I shop here for their varied range of cult French pharmacy products. Has everything you'd expect from a chemist and more.
