This is the place to go if you need a COVID test to travel internationally! Easy to find (just around the corner from our hotel near Russell Square), walk-in with no appointment required and very friendly, professional staff. The entire experience took 20 minutes and we walked out with a paper copy of our test results and a digital copy via email. I highly recommend the Zen pharmacy for your COVID testing. Brilliant experience all around.

I just wanted to share that I had a WONDERFUL experience with Zen pharmacy. I was needing fertility medications shipped to the US. One of my medicines seems out of stock everywhere (tried Czech Republic, UK, Israel, Turkey, and more). Zen continued to check daily with the supplier and kept me informed daily. At the point where my clinic changed my medicine protocol to a different medicine I was running short on time. They shipped my meds and they arrived in 5 days to the US. One medicine required refrigeration and it arrived packed in ice and cold. The billing process was a simple link and entering my credit card. Literally everything about my experience was pleasant, helpful, and full of care and I compassion. I even received a message after the meds were scheduled to arrive asking if they did arrive and if everything was ok. Holden was my point of contact the whole time and he showed true care and professionalism. Seriously top notch customer service!

I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough- I was in a very difficult situation, with an international prescription, short on time and out of medicine. Georgiana at Zen Pharmacy Holborn was very helpful, professional, and very clearly had learnt how to effectively take nasal swabs whilst causing no discomfort. A first in my experience of these tests. They were very diligent about infection safety, reducing risk, and maintaining as safe an environment as possible. This COVID test met the requirements of the Personal Locator Form to enter the UK. Easy to work with them to set up the appointment; I was late because of traffic and they were flexible and accommodative. And the people in the pharmacy were delightful. Highly recommended.

The staff at Zen (Georgiana in particular) were extremely helpful when my covid-19 PCR test results failed to appear in our e-mail before leaving the UK for our final destination. Had it not been for their help in giving me an antigen test I would still be in the UK now. But the airline accepted the antigen test, and I was able to fly home with my husband. We were not happy with the way Randox took their time to communicate with us, particulary in light of the fact that time was of the essence. Georgiana tried so many times to reach them via telephone, e-mail, etc. before we left the UK but Randox only just today (five days after my wife took the test) e-mailed the results to Georgiana at Zen, who then forwarded same to our e-mail address. Zen clinic understood our dilemna and acted on it, but Randox dragged their feet instead of taking responsibility for delivering the test results in a timely fashion. Randox needs to communicate better with their customers and with their clinics. particularly when the government requires the covid-19 test results within a three day period before departure necessary for passengers to fly.

Coming from outside of UK, I was not familiar with the locations. I had a friend help to search for the closest to East London - Zen pharmacy was one of the closest. I called the Holborn clinic a few times prior to travelling - both calls were very reassuring (questions like how to book the test - as this was unclear in the website, and when can I get the results). Once the test was booked, there are confirmation e-mails and reminders. The testing itself went very quickly and smoothly. If you are nearby or heading to East London, then this is one of the closest pharmacies where you can take your Day2 and Day8 tests. 1- LHR-Holborn is around one hour using the Picadilly line (no stops or exchanges), then about a 5-10 min walk (cross the road over to Sainsbury's and continue walking past it) 2- Holborn to Mile End is around 20 min using the Central line.
