Friendly staff but consistently slow to serve customers and when paying via card at night their cards reader doesn't reach the window outside so be prepared to hand over your card to them for contactless payment or give them your PIN? Hhmmm c'mon boots... AT LEAST Get longer cable this has been like this for last 12 months that I've used your pharmacy on Bradwell common Boulevard, CMK

Connected with the GP surgery next door (CMKMC) so convenient but, staff are always helpful here and full of of guidence and advice when asked but note, this is predominantly a pharmacy and not a full blown boots store.

I've never had a problem with the staff in there they seem friendly enough. I've not noticed any mess in there or spillages it's cleaner than some places I've been in. and as for it being busy what do you expect it's only a small pharmacy next to the doctors surgery if you want more room there's a bigger Boots in cmk. It does get a little busy but what can you expect it's only a small pharmacy next to the doctors, if you don't want the crowd then go to the one in cm there's Moor roomin thetr in there

Excellent service as always I went to get my toe checked after I hurt it during a football game, the pharmacist was very professional and gave me great advice saving me a horrible trip to the walk in center or A&E as it was thankfully just bruised.
