Good customer service. Currently restricted numbers inside due to COVID. When queuing outside staff members come outside to take your order. Easy to park, parking areas opposite Pharmacy

I attended here last week for my first covid vaccination. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The organisation was second to none. I felt totally safe at all times. Everything was explained to me. I can thoroughly recommend them. Thank you to everyone who was there.

A very good experience getting my first Covid AstraZeneca jab at the Rainbow Pharmacy vaccination centre based at the Open University. Volunteers and staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was very well organized. Thank you!

I am a pharmacist myself and would like to really thank this pharmacy team for going the extra mile to help my sister. She lives in Tattenhoe and is in an extremely high risk group, isolating with her family so as a one-off the pharmacy collected her prescription from her surgery and delivered it to her. This is a huge relief to me that she is able to receive her medication and is now set up with electronic prescriptions to you. Thank you so much to all the staff for working so hard and keeping the pharmacy open during this incredibly busy and stressful time.
