Laura gave me my 2nd Pfizer jab today and was absolutely amazing. As someone who is nervous with jabs I couldn't believe how quick and easy she made it. Plus there was a fish tank at the side to keep me distracted, such a good idea! The lady on the door and the lady I spoke to on the phone were really professional, friendly and accommodating. I'd called ahead of time due to personal circumstances and when I arrived the usher had a note ready for me, so really excellent service. There was a bit of a queue down the street but it's Saturday morning drop-in so that's to be expected and it moved really quickly, there is a waiting area inside for you to sit down when it's nearly your turn and the atmosphere inside is really relaxed. Just want to say thank you to all the staff at the pharmacy for helping me to get my jab, it was a really positive experience and I massively appreciate your help.

Having had numerous allergies and worrying about having my vaccine i knew i was in safe hands the pharmacist and the doctor kept a close eye on me and were equiped in case i reacted to thr vaccine...luckily im fine...top marks for this pharmacy kind professional and caring thanks again

Had my second jab here. The staff are great. They also have lovely fish in the seating area which is a great, calming distraction 🐠

Never had problems until today, I am self isolating, dr prescribed antibiotics and steroids, I also had 2 other prescriptions to get as well. My cousin went to pick them up and was given one. I phoned up and was told the other 2 would be delivered today, I phoned just after 5pm. All I want to do is go to bed, not feeling grand. If they don't come tonight do I have to get up early, when I should really be resting. I would like to add they have been delivered 17:46. Thank you x

Just had my Covid vaccine at the pharmacy. Was super efficient and staffed by experienced staff. Was in and out with 30 mins. Been of queuing up outside (but it was a Saturday). Highly recommend.

Lovely pharmacy,well stocked with allsorts of good products, used it for the first time for a prescription yesterday, they didnt have the drugs in stock, and would need to order them in ( every pharmacy I've ever been to for these drugs have to order them in, so I wasnt surprised or unduly concerned) And was told they'd have them for me today, I asked about the prescription collection and delivery service they offer, and said I'd sort out the details when I returned for my medicines today. Unbelievably, my medicines were DELIVERED to my home at 1:30pm today ( the prescription wasnt put in until about 4:30pm the previous day!) less than 24 hours to get the drugs ordered, script filled and checked AND then get it delivered!!! AMAZING service Ponteland Rd pharmacy!! Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff,that go the extra mile for customers, I really cannot praise you enough, I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who is looking for excellent pharmacy service,to try here, and another brilliant thing about this place? OPEN 365 DAYS OF THE YEAR!! Amazing!! I will be using you for all of my pharmacy needs from now on, not just prescriptions Thank you so much!

They are always very helpful, friendly and very polite. Gavin does all he can to help and the delivery staff are more than friendly. I wouldn't use another chemist.
