S. S.I am so happy to have transferred from Malpas Road pharmacy to the new Malpas Brook one. It is nearer my house (fair enough lol) ... However, the main reason is the staff!! I struggle severely with mental health problems and take several medications per day... I have a massive variety of good and very bad days and I was thinking about getting my tablets delivered, but just a walk down to this chemist and to get such a warm welcome makes me feel at ease. They’re so chatty and I was always calling them before picking up my tablets as not to have to wait in a small space with other customers but now they send me a text to tell me the script is there ready. I’m sure they do it with other patients, but for me it’s like a lifeline! I never feel embarrassed with these ladies and their conversation is so friendly. X x x 5+ stars for me.
