L. G.Lovely friendly staff. Normally a brilliant service but getting through on the phone to order my ongoing meds over the past two weeks has been impossible:-(
I know they're busy but maybe they could work a system whereby a member of staff was in charge of dealing with phone calls. Pretty please???
