Happy to know that there are still kind people and obviously I am talking about the staff members . I needed urgent fit to fly antigen test was Sunday late afternoon and I needed for the next day. The I found this pharmacy and the miracle happened, I tried several options to contact them and the quickest response was on WhatsApp. Even on Sunday almost evening when they were closed I had a response even better, support and advice ! I had my test on the next day. Will highly recommend it to anyone who need support. Thank you very much guys . Wishing you all the very best!

We were about to go on holiday when the testing rules changed over the weekend. I contacted the pharmacy on the Saturday night,and even though closed,got a response within 30 minutes and new test kits sorted for us.fantastic client service. On our return they advised me that if we could get our tests back before 5pm ,we could get our results next day . In fact we put them in at 4.15 and had results back by 10.30 that night. 1st class service and amazing responsiveness

The pharmacy local to my parents house helped my family and I with the day 2 arrival lateral flow test after returning from holiday. With the recent rule changes it was very unclear/uncertain as to what was required but the staff were very helpful. I was literally searching the entire UK urgently for a particular medication to help my older daughter who has Profound Special Needs and was really struggling with stomach problems. Due to current manufacturing problems, this medication is currently unavailable. When I entered the UK, I received very competent support from the pharmacy by providing and organizing Covid-19 tests. The registration of the tests via the gov.uk page was done by the pharmacy. Everything went smoothly. About 8 hours after handing over the tests in the laboratory in Northampton, I received the results by email. The result was quickly available. That was important to be able to end my self-isolation as early as possible. This was perfect service! Thanks to Jay and his team who are very friendly and helpful.

I was recently suffering with a blocked ear which I had never experienced before. I visited the chemist and discovered that they have just been approved to perform micro suction to remove ear wax. Jay was incredibly patient and reassuring during the process. He took the time to explain every step and even shared pictures and videos of the inside of my ear too! I am delighted with the service I received and can’t recommend them highly enough!
