K. M.I have had a lovely experience the few times I have been in for a b12 injection and when speaking to members of the team over the phone. The pharmacist who gave the injection is lovely, takes the time to explain things making it a stress free painless process in a quiet side room.
I am so grateful the team offer this service as I am ever so slightly above the NHS threshold for b12 injections and it has had a positive impact on my quality of life being able to still access them! I will be back for my top up in another month :)
B. 3.Always very quick and efficient at getting my and my families prescriptions ready. I was prescribed some tablets by a nurse who hadn’t instructed me how to take my new tablets but the pharmacist was very helpful when I mentioned this to her and she made sure I was properly informed on when to take them.
J. C.Never a problem with prescriptions collected from surgery and made up quickly, notified us by text when ready, staff helpful, during pandemic continued to offer a great service, even covid jabs for key workers. So convenient and an asset to the village.

G. H.I have no clue how there are bad reviews of this place! Every time I've been in they've been super friendly and knowledgable. I had a special requirement I didn't want to speak about so I called ahead and they asked for my name, when I arrived I was very discreetly taken into another room. The items were packaged behind the back counter and I left feeling relieved and appreciative of the service!
r. s.Always pleasant but several times I have asked people to call in and pick up my scrip and they have been given only one of two packages .This happened again and left me without essential medication over the weekend.When I raised this issue a woman who I presume was the manager she gave me some excuse that seemed to put the onus on me.No apology.This as I say has happened before, if there are more than one package would it be to difficult to adopt a system that marked each with 1 of 2 or two of three instead of putting them on the jumbled collection shelf.Not a hugely professional service.I like to support local business but I am thinking of having my regular medication delivered from an online service.
