Every member of the Parklands Pharmacy has always given me and the whole family excellent service, with courtesy and total efficiency. In fact over the past year following my husband’s cancer diagnosis, Harris and the Hospice Consultant Dr B. worked tirelessly to provide every medication required, often at very short notice, to help with his care at home. We all owe an enormous debt of gratitude to Parklands Pharmacy. We cannot praise highly enough the dedication and professionalism of Harris and his wonderful team.

This chemist has been a life saver - Can always rely on them for my sons medication which usually requires delivery and they are always so helpful and make sure it is available the next day if not in stock and also go out of their way to contact me when it has arrived . Welcoming and friendly. My wife and I both booked up for our flu jabs at Parklands Pharmacy and bang on time we were seen in a comfortable and friendly environment. The best pharmacy in the whole of Northampton! Harris is always happy to help patients and is super friendly whilst professional at all times. The girls there are absolutely brilliant, supper bubbly and always a friendly familiar face. Always happy to have a prescription there and ready for when you need it with just a phone call in advance. If you’re looking for a super convenient pharmacy that will always give you the best service and outstanding advice. This is definitely the pharmacy for you. Also offers dossette boxes to patients in need of help and additional support with taking their medication. Nothing is ever too big of an ask.

A lovely place to work and be served by Harris and the amazing team at Parklands Pharmacy. Harris was kind to give me the opportunity to gain some working experience and get a feel of what it’s really like to work in a pharmacy. I felt so welcomed by all the lovely ladies (big Hello to all of you, if you are seeing this), always happy to give a hand, to both myself and every customer. The work ethic and atmosphere here is incomparable and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a word of medical advice or prescriptions (or just to have a good laugh).

Cannot thank these guys enough! I had a silly accident and instead of going to the hospital and waiting hours the pharmacist had my cut all clean and dressed in no time! All the staff are so friendly here, everything is affordable within the shop, parking is reasonable. Thank you so much all :D

Absolutely fantastic!! My parents swapped to use this pharmacy for regular prescriptions, there always ready on time or waiting! And on the odd chance there not ready 10 minutes later it’s all sorted and I’m out the door. With COVID at the moment they are very safe have a strict amount of people at one time inside, all very very friendly and very professional!! I have recently had my flu jab done here, the lady on the phone so polite and lovely and I had Harris doing the jab who was very professional, friendly and helpful!! 100% the best service from all the staff that work here, and we shall continue to be giving our service to this amazing pharmacy.

Anytime there is a problem they provide as much help, support and guidance as possible, they will normally identify an issue and do what they can to help before we even go in to collect our prescriptions. Switched to this pharmacy a few months ago as it is more local to me, and it was an amazing decision. The staff is so extremely friendly and helpful, answering more concerns and question than my GP does. Popped in today to collect my prescription and enquired about having my free flu jab. The team have always been lovely but I'm usually in and out so quickly I don't see much of them. As I was there slightly longer today I got to see what a great community service they provide. Their customer service was outstanding and my jab was done very quickly. If I could add more stars I would double Five for this Community Pharmacy. For the last 20 years its been an essential part of the local scene. Since the last change of management our newest Pharmacist brings a whole new level of professionial excellence with total caring kindness for his customers. The staff are helpful and always supportive. This has become our First Stop Shop for minor medical matters. It functions exactly as NHS development aims: to integrate the Pharmacist as vital part of community health provision. Throughout the Covid19 epidemic the pharmacy has been there for us pas patients. We are fortunate to be so well looked after by Parklands Pharmacy - Ten Stars!

Hi me and my wife have been really struggling to get are flu jab. We both work in care and needed this to help us with are jobs to protect are residents/clients. So we asked the staff at are local pharmacy ( parklands pharmacy) if they could help us with this. The gentleman man behind the counter and all the staff where that helpful with are request for a flu jab. We was given the jab and given the guidance on how to keep safe in these terrible times. This is are local pharmacy and there always happy to help with what ever problems we have.

The pharmacist went above and beyond to help find my sons missing prescription today. It was 5.30 and he could have easily told me to come back in the morning but instead he did all he could to ensure my son received the medicine he needed. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service. Really friendly, helpful staff and very efficient. At a previous pharmacy I used to regularly have to wait up to 30 minutes to pick up my repeat prescription! Thankfully at Parklands it is always ready to be picked up straight away.

Nothing's is ever too much trouble for these guys. They have sorted out many a mistake caused by the surgery regarding my prescriptions. I've never had to wait too long before being seen. They are always polite, empathetic and very considerate to others. Excellent standards of customer service are demonstrated at all times. You guys are doing a great job within the community! I've just rang my local chemist Parklands as my parents rang our Drs at Park Avenue Medical Centre & they told them they can book them in kingsheath which is no good ,but my local chemist said they can do them NOW, they were in & Out in 5 minutes & my parents we're so pleased with not only the appointment but how lovely they we're , so thanks to all the staff at PARKLANDS CHEMIST!!

I have always rated this pharmacy as excellent,and in my experience this has continued through change of management.The staff are all extremely helpful and the service is far more efficient than any other I've tried.we recently had dreadful problem with a prescription not arriving in a form they could dispense.many calls were made to rectify the problem over a two day period.highly recommended
