The team here are super lovely, and go above and beyond for their customers. I have always been treated with respect and understanding, and the team are always there with a smile (they even remember my name!) First class service from very friendly people.

Would usually say the service is good here, the older gentleman is always lovely. However, on this occasion I spoke with a different man on the phone who was particularly rude and patronizing when asking about my prescription despite having misheard my name which made it hard for him to find it. He then told me not to ring again about prescriptions being ready (I hadn't rung to see if it was ready but to ask if my repeats were being sent there automatically or not) but that my prescription was ready. When going into the Pharmacy today I was informed they didn't have a prescription for me and when politely explaining I had called I overheard the older woman mutter to her colleague "No you didn't". It was a very unpleasant exchange that was completely unnecessary.

I have had a real mix of experiences with this Pharmacy, The Customer service from some of the staff is fantastic, especially with getting set up on the NHS pre paid prescription, which has been a real money saver for me. My prescription is always there when it is supposed to be which is great, unless there has been a fault along the way, which is usually not that of the Pharmacy to be fair. Reading the reviews I can understand that there have been days where I have had terrible service and this usually occurs, from my own experience, when an error has been made along the way with the Surgery or/and it is busy. I think on those occasions a little more empathy is needed to the customer, especially if they are in a panic, as it is not their fault and a bit more time explaining rather than sending people on their way who maybe feeling a bit confused and frustrated. A second to talk through a situation can make all the difference, especially taking into account people maybe vulnerable or suffer from Mental Health / Chronic pain etc. That would be my constructive criticism. But generally, Ive always felt comfortable going in, they have a nice selection of products (especially baby products which has been excellent) and the main front of house lady is a delight, always pays people compliments, which always makes my day to see that kind of customer care, and just very personable, I would recommend to use for that and the efficiency of the Pharmacy itself.
