A great pharmacy. All the bad and 1 star reviews are one-off situations which happen in all pharmacies, dont be put off by them. A prescription takes upto 2 working days to be done by a GP, and Mistry's have a lot of patients to look after. So as long as you give them the time that they need, especially during a worldwide pandemic, your prescription will be ready for you on the shelf. They are doing a very difficult job, dealing with potentially dangerous medicines, and under immense pressure. The pharmacy should not be treated like it is a fast-food restaurant, prescriptions take time to get ready, it is not just putting the boxes into a bag. The risks to your health, even for something simple like a course of anti-biotics, are massive if they make a mistake due to the pressure they work under. If you care about your own health, you should give them the patience they deserve. You only need to go there once a month, be patient and understanding and you will be looked after by one of the best pharmacy teams around.

I would like to take the time to thank everyone at Mistry's Pharmacy. The staff are always professional. Jillian who is usually at the front desk has helped me out many times with healthcare information especially when I moved to the area. There has been a few occasions when there seemed to be new staff or staff on training but these staff have always had a courteous and professionally manner throughout which in turn has reminded me to be patient. Yes, I ve had good experiences there. Thank you again.
